The main idea behind SuperNexus is to provide Vanilla Android experience, just like on Google's Nexus devices, to non-nexus devices. SuperNexus is entirely built from Google's AOSP Source. A lot of improvements and optimizations have been done to the Google's Source Code to have the best possible Vanilla Android Experience. SuperNexus is very light too as there are no 3rd party apps (ZERO Bloatware).
Big thanks to TeamHacksung (Donate To Them) as I'm using their Device Tree and SoC related patches in my SuperNexus ROM. Thanks to CyanogenMod Team (CM) and TeamKang (AOKP) as many features are cherry-picked from their source code.

JimdemDroid Tweak Package
Featured at XDA Portal!
Here is the package that became very popular in Greece and loved by many users. Increase your phone's speed, battery life, optimize the overall response and make your phone more beautifull with this little update. It is designed for CM7 roms (for mdpi phones). The JimdemDroid Tweak Package includes the best tweaks for you phone. With a simple installation through Clockworkmod recovery you can enjoy it's benefits.
Features:
Optimized response/scrolling
Faster boot/shutdown
More free ram (Thanks to Juwe ramscript)
Fast multitasking
Fast taskbar
Better audio quality in videos
Instant GPS lock (GR users)
BRAVIA Engine
XLOUD Sound Drivers
Faster screen rotation
Better battery life
Faster wake/sleep
Keyboard type Xperia Stock
Clock Ice Cream Sandwich
Dialer type Xperia stock
Requirements: (Every kernel both stock and custom is supported)
A CM7 rom of your choice
Clockworkmod Recovery (Included in most roms)
Files: (From 21.1 version and above, the tweak works with every CM7 rom)
The newest version implements also the optimizations of the previous.
DO NOT REMOVE BUILD.PROP
It contains the code for loading many aspects of the tweak!
Universal tweak (All cm7 roms+GingerDx)
Latest version (24.1 Lite) <-(Works with many CM7 roms and also with the latest GingerDX versions)
Old versions (21.3 | 21.3 Lite |21.2 | 21.1)
-------------------------------------
GingerDX only versions (20.4 + Addon | 20.3 | 20.2 | 20.1 | 19.1 | 18.1 | 17.4 | 17.3 | 17.2 | 17.1)
Lite versions do not contain visual changes, custom themed apps, custom fonts and generally do not alter the appearence at all
Installation:
Through xRecovery or CWM Recovery, make a full backup. Then, transfer the zip to your sd card and through CWM Recovery, install it. It is not required to do full wipe. The first boot might be slower than normal.
Various instructions:
Use of Rescan Media Root:
This app disables android's feature to search for media after boot. Disabling this increases our boot speed. Open the app and select "disable media scanner". Close the app and you are ready.
Modules:
Modules for rom (dualtouch, undervolt etc) are included in the tweak so you just install your rom and then you install the tweak.
Screenshots:
Known bugs (Due to framework change) on full version of the tweak:
Clock in center not working
Kernel info doesn't appear in settings
Sense lockscreen appears as sliding tab
(Reboot Option) Reboot to CWM recovery not working
Known bugs in both full and lite versions:
DSP manager not working due to XLoud
PowerAmp 2.0+ FC
Wi-fi issue on MiniCM
Most of the above problems are resolved by using the lite version of the tweak that does not contain graphical changes

Have tried the Update 21.2 without full wipe.
Using GDX V21 with Alfs KernelSo far everything seem normal
Confirm working: Call, SMS, Wi-Fi, 3G (Data)
Performance:

Bug (??)
1) Center clock not working
2) Pattern lock screen seem different (Not as tidy/nice as original)
3) No Kernel info found in "About Phone"
Thanks for the great Tweak

Its really make my phone have a better performance, but i dont like the visual changes,my opnion is that you should make a performance-related only tweak, whitout changing the apperance, but its a great tweak anyway!
Sorry for my very bad english!

At start i released it as a tweak that only was performance related. If there are also others that don't want visual changes, i'll make a version of the tweak without visual changes and an addon that if you install it, it changes the appearence. I think in that way everyone will be happy
Great idea!

@ |OP| can you remove that SE framework and put regular one, also remove modules.. we don't need it..
it will be the best tweak EVER if you also can fix those remaining bugs! (which WILL be fixed if you remove se framework)
It is a really good idea to separate performance tweaks from visual changes.
Great job. Keep up the good work.

At first a big thx for developing those great mod
I can confirm it's running great with
Desire HD using LordClocan's IceCold Sandwich
Only one point to report
Into Sound settings it is showing as DSP Manager, but it works great .
Any idea how to activate the DSP Manager while using PowerAmp?
Ok im not really sure, but into my app drawer it is shown as beats audio icon, if I start it, it shows the beats icon into left upper site with DSP Manager and not Awesome Beats
Greetings Tyler

If you have an issue and you want to call our attention, here's what you do:
1. Try everything you can, find solutions for yourself. Wipe caches, revert all your settings you have made, go back to your stock Kernel, factory reset if you have to or reflash the rom. Assume that the issue is on your side and try your best to isolate it.
2. Search this thread and Cyanogenmods aswell (its our base) for possible reoccurences of your issue and hopefully solutions that may have come up.
3. If you think the issue is important enough that we should cease our work and look into it, post your issue, BUT ...
... stay friendly, do not demand anything, do not threaten
... explain your issue as precise as you can, name the exact apps and conditions that cause trouble, help us to replicate the issue right away. If we can't there's no way we can fix it and your post will simply clutter the thread
... collect evidence, keep in mind this is a developer thread so even if you are not one, do us the favor and research how to record logcat. logcat is the single most important help you can give us to resolve your issue.

Trebuchet extras: 3x4 widgets, speed dial menu button, ... and some weird rocket button which im sure will be very useful to most of you

Go through the settings, I had them enabled when I tested this earlier, make sure you enable tablet mode and click navbar controls or w/e
btw this is running extremely smooth, like smoother than any other JB build I have flashed.
Keeping an eye on this one, just got stable with v9 but I will weaken eventually. Great job devs!

I'm liking the couple of new interface modes. So far, haven't really had any problems. Previous jellybean ports have had notification issues, sound bugs, music not playing, etc.. but this is working fine aside from a little bit of lag once in a while.

[ROM][KERNEL][S2W][4.2.2]AOKP based - 20130820

This ROM can be best described as
"AOKP with some extra flavour"
See also this video from hackarchive
http://youtu.be/l2wpvY4N5x0
I maintain this ROM and a kernel for some time for the HOX+
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2057920
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2027201
Now that I have received my Oppo Find 5 I will support it too
While it is AOKP based which means it will always include the latest
AOKP features it also contains features that I call "useful" from other ROMS
like CM, SlimBean, ...
Attention:
If you ever flashed a stock 4.2 rom you must restore the 4.1 modem firmware

Important! Always do a factory reset if coming from another ROM
-for upgrades do a recovery backup first
-then flash ROM AND gapps

Credits:
-Big thanks to the CM team for their hard working in providing a kernel

please get the file /proc/last_kmsg right after the download and
provide the file when reporting
As a final note:
Please keep in mind that this is a "one man business"
And since I do ROM and kernel dev updates can take some time

Kernel
Download:
This kernel exists in two "flavours" and with two different ramdisk
CM10.1 and AOKP (should work on most AOSP based ROMs too)
The image name is based on the ramdisk and stable or test
So pick the correct one that you need and want
New Kernel:
Based on 4.2 kernel sources
Download: http://goo.im/devs/maxwen/kernel-find5-new
Old kernel:
Based on 4.1 kernel sources
Dont use this for latest CM10.1 and this ROM!!!

Fixed torch
http://cyano-rob.tuennerhoff-edv.de/Maxwen/Torch.apk
http://cyano-rob.tuennerhoff-edv.de/Maxwen/CMTorch.apk
To install simply do (for both Torch.apk and CMTorch.apk)
Code:
adb remount
adb push Torch.apk /system/app
adb shell chmod 644 /system/app/Torch.apk
First custom kernel release:
http://cyano-rob.tuennerhoff-edv.de/Maxwen/OPPO-AOKP-201306200250.zip
Installation:
Make a complete nandroid backup!!!
Flash in recovery
Uses AOKP ramdisk but may also work on other AOSP based roms
Will NOT work with CM10.1 cause this needs a different ramdisk
I will provide a download for CM10.1 tonight
Changelog:
-added BFQ v6r1 I/O scheduler
-added smartmax CPU governor
smartmax is a smartassV2 based governor aimed for battery saving
-added cpuquiet CPU hotplugging

Currently 3 governors are available
-balanced
-runnable_threads
-rq_stats (default)
You can use Trickstermod to change the governor
-unified governor and scaling freq switch
governor scaling_max_freq and scaling_min_freq are changed for all online CPUs immediately.
Since mpdecision is switched off any frequency cap will stick
-LZO performnce improvement patch from linux upstream

Guess it's a bug with oppo radio itself.. Which does that.. Not sure if it can be fixed unless a custom radio is created?

I haven't had any signal drops and battery life is awesome so far on this rom! I can't wait until we get the final release as far as a stable rom with no issues and a better quality on camera either way though this is awesome and it's a good sign of things to come thanks for all your hard work!

Some word about voltage control and uv
as you might know there are different qualities of chips
based on that different preset voltages are used. To check your quality do
Code:
cat /proc/pvs
this will return a value between 0 and 3
and on my latest kernel a string between slow and fastest
this value will influence how much uv is possible on your device

It was already included in this build.. For this reason I called it 1.1.1 and not 1.1 as the original.
Rom updated.

I see a lot of people downloading Supernexus. I suggest to try SlimKat from my other thread: seems to run smoother.

I ran Slimkat last month and Supernexus this month. Slim has a few more inherent features that GravityBox alone cannot help Supernexus with. I have liked both ROMs so far. I am thinking of switching back to Slimkat- the memory management seems to be different on Supernexus and occasionally my media player closes when in the background- not a big deal though. I am going to try both with Neat kernel 1.09.
Thank you very much @Monfro :good:

Its not the apps. It might possibly be how the space is partitioned. Im coming from SlimBean rom if it helps.
