I have installed gennxt on grand duos but there is no features like ink effect or multiple windows etc.. Please help

The feature list is present in the custom ROM thread. If any of the feature mentioned is not available then it can either be a bug or you didn't flash the rom properly. Make sure you don't do dirty flashing.
Reflash the rom
