Yeah, but then again its already on Verizon. I dont think they wanted to announce something thats already out. But man this Samsung Note is definitely my next phone, and if I can help it, Ill be waiting in line for this one!

LOL! I know what you mean! I never really liked the form factor of any of the nexus series phones. But thats just me. I do however really LOOOOVE the design of the Galaxy S series ( captivate, infuse, sgs2 and Note) I already played with the Samsung media player at Best Buy which is exactly the same form factor as the Note with the exception of the pen, and immediately thought to myself, this can definitely work for me.
Im hoping the note is 199 on upgrade, and not 250 though!
Perfect, just in time for my upgrade.
Eh, I'll wait for something else or the SGSIII.

Well I learned my lesson from the infuse - my next phone will have the Android Os I want installed - I will not buy with the "hopes of" an OS carrier upgrade.

i hear you ...im holding out for ICS!!! it says that the note comes w/2.3 and that it will be upgraded to ics in q1... FUNK THAT!!! i wont get it unless it has ics!!!!

Well, Apple's done it again. They've been granted a preliminary ban on the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the States. This decision could get turned around... but with the Note 10.1 around the corner, will it really matter? Samsung's taken steps to ensure the the Note 10.1 is different enough from the iPad that this shouldn't be an issue.

The new ICS based custom Roms are clearly NOT slow. As long as there are devs this tab will keep getting updates. JB soon to come.

They copied because Apple was the only company that all her accessories that come in the box are white. Now Samsung is also doing it. So yes, they copied. (Its the only thing they copied! I don't agree with / love Apple in any way )

So if HTC was to bundle their phones with black headsets before Samsung does and later on Samsung decides to do it as well, is that copying? Or should Samsung start bundling their phones with fortune cookies and read your horoscope in hopes of being different and not "copying others". Just saying

I've looked for it, and Apple wasn't the first to supply same color of accessories for all device colors. So Samsung only partly copied (Its pretty obvious Samsung did it only because of Apple success)

Go google the press releases. Sprint had one with associated press shots, Samsung said so at IFA (IIRC), T-Mobile has the Galaxy Note II on their website (just released last night, no pricing or availability) and AT&T had a conference a week ago where their Note II was handled.

I do too, I would've really liked one but I don't think it'll come out anytime soon, probably next year at the earliest. It'll also most likely be quite a bit more expensive
