The "official" version is out, and extremely buggy apparently. Even though it is dated 26Apr, (and released 5th of May) they still managed to screw this up. I can't imagine the amount of buzz that will occur when they release firefly.

[ROM][1.1][DISCONTINUED] CyanogenMod7 from source

maxdamage2122 has set up a buildbot and will be making nightlies. I haven't had the time to read the sticky for cm7 nightlies for a few days, and am glad I did. My builds will be discontinued so that we don't have a plethora of threads with different builds.

Generally, when a release has been tested thoroughly and shows no signs of having any major bugs(e.g. camera not working, no touchscreen interaction) it is considered stable and usable as a daily driver for most people. The nightly builds of CM7 are considered unstable, because as new features are added on a daily basis, there is a possibility that those features/corrections may break some functionality in the device. This is not always the case, but it can happen.
This build seems pretty stable to me at least. Have at it and tell me/everyone what you think.
Issues?
Anyone test this out yet? Are there still issues with camera res, etc? How about Netflix playback?

I'd like to. I'm going on vacation in a few days, so after Wednesday I may not do a build for a week. Until then I'm planning on doing a release every night, contrary to what I stated in the OP. I'm not one for thorough testing/debugging/fixing though, so I will not attempt to patch/add anything to these releases other than what a nightly repo sync adds.

-Severe Bug: DSP manager force closes at erratic inervals. Not sure if it's just me or this build.
--FIX: uninstall with titanium backup, take dsp manager from previous nightly and place it in /system/app with proper permissions and reboot.

The nightly list for Harmony is huge; however they do not seem to be packaging up for release like the other devices... anyone know why or when the harmony nightly will be packaged up and released (it has been almost a month since the last nightly was released!) ?

essentially(at least as far as I understand) The Gtablet build was renamed from harmony to smb_a1002 under the malata name/platform. This broke the buildbot for us for the nightlies, which has not been fixed yet. I have not yet seen an eta on when nightlies for us will be up again.

sammobile don't upload all leaks - aside from this one, only lsa & ls2 was uploaded.

actually it was ls2 (android 4.1.1), then lsa (4.1.2)
0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F.... hex
LS4<LSA.. LSA later.... LSC even later (even though I'm not sure where LSC came from). still LS4 old, plus it's mexico, etc etc
(edit: now I think remember where LSC came from, those that had LSA received OTA updates, so they made ROMs based on those updates)

As i have seen in a review....data on second sim was claimed to be fixed on 2/08...whereas even in 3/8 nightly its the same....same subscription not active bug...any ideas???
M9 builds are still rolling out. I don't see any notes about falcon here: http://jenkins.cyanogenmod.org/view/All/builds
Hopefully, it's just haven't been built yet.

Hoping for M9 too.
When I was using my CM11 nightly my music player lagged the F out and was really buggy and even crashed, same happens now on my slim Rom any ideas why?

Its a bug in CM that started around the 20-07 builds, there have been various commits that have supposedly fixed the issue for some moto g's but not others. I'm gonna take a guess and say that slim rom is based (entirely or partly) on CM and because the audio issue still hasn't been fixed for CM it wont be fixed for other roms based of it, your best bet is to flash the AudioFixV3 which changes the audio blobs/files back to the last nightly (20-06 i believe) that didn't have the audio issues. Note that this file was meant for CM so i don't know how it will effect other roms.

Most people who buy Android One phones do it because they don't want to deal with the hassle of having to mod a phone to keep it updated timely, get rid of vendor crapware and so on. It should just work, be lean and updated quickly.
There are better alternatives at this price range for modding outside Android One project.

Another one just asked again when the update is coming. It's truly remarkable there are people who still contribute code to those gimmie-gimmie tech illiteratures.

It's funny you'd think the giant notification that it's beta software upon bootup would have tipper him off too
You just need to look at the build number to confirm its beta. Release software after the beta is typically C. Z is reserved for Beta.
According to that article the release is Z, but I'm guessing that's a typo.
