Also tring to figure this out went through almost all apks searching through countless pngs and I have failed. ...

but that apk is still in system/app and not in Unknownforce's removed apks zip...this happen before when I tryd debloating a stock rom, I just rather flash a debloated rom

Happened to me. I just wipe my launcher or restore older backup. Was on nova that time
