Blazer is for sprint and I believe is ics domination theme, watch out for the theme cause is made for sprint it works for tmobile but it moves out wifi calling menu from settings really nice tho

Stop posting more dude. All of them are fake. Don't use them. They may look like ics or jelly bean but just looks doesn't make them the real one. There's a high probability of having viruses in those roms.

I've watched alot oft their Videos and applied a my favourites. You could also search at xda for uccw / zooper widget pro threads. In the themes and apps section of the Galaxy S4 there is a uccw thread especially for our device
