Do you know if someone released this rom? I hope that Mi7rom help us!

it seems you have to wait for the dynamics2.2 if you wont a custom 8862
or install the old dynamics2 and then update it with zune, the root and unlock will remain

So, is Dynamics upgradable using zune? I did not know
i am running dynamics2.0
and get the 8862 upgrade at the first wave, istalled without problems and unlock, hbrews and root access were still there

I have a Omnia 7 16GB now, with Mango RTM installed.
But i want to have it unlocked (so that i can install costum software).
I have read a lot of forum posts, but i still don't really know what to do.
i want to keep all my settings an data.
so how sould i do it?

You may need to run it through a language translator (chrome has one built in) to find the link.

I have my phone unlocked for development and updated to 8107. Can I use this ROM as I read the HSPL could brick my phone since it is Mango updated.
If it is possible, could you assist me on this thread as this thread could be helpful to others who wants to install this ROM.

latest public version of Pdamatejam is 7.3... v7.5 will be released in 3 days

I'm fairly new to WP7 and I have had my Surround for a while, but switched to android, and now I'm deciding to switch back to WP7.
I have heard of touchxperience and on their website it says that it works on the surround.

and don't really understand what the steps are to get touchxperience.
It says you need an unlocked phone, so how do I do that?
What else do I need to do before getting touchxperience?

I was really happy with my wp7 but never used touchexplorer.... There are a lot of new things and posibilities that you will enjoy.
First read a lot in the forum, install a good custom rom [Ansars, DFT V4 or intrinsic] i'm pretty sure with dft rom you can install apps from ie explorer, intrinsic v1 no but people are still wating for v2 and about the ansar rom no information never got the opportunity to try it.

There is no chevron now.
The best option is to install nodo default rom, check SPL is downgraded to DFT HSPL compatible version, install it and put a custom ROM that is full unlocked.
By the way if you are on mango and do not want to downgrade to install hspl there is a topic about how to install hspl from intrinsic rom author.

Today I finally got WP7.8 (7.10.8862.144) for my unbranded Samsung Omnia 7, but still did not get wifi tethering. I am in the Nordic countries (Denmark to be specific)

Will this get me tethering?
1. I8700_Downloader.zip
2. I8700_Samsung_Mobile_USB_Driver_V5.2__V1.2.1050.0 (1).zip
3. I8700XXJK1_JK2_JK3_ALL_PROVIDERS.exe
Bonus questions:
- If I load the JK1_JK2_JK3 rom will that reset the phone back to WP 7.5> or will I still have WP7.8?
- Also is there a tool to backup current ROM in case the process goes wrong?

Most people that runs stock rom does not have tethering. If you're running stock rom and you have tethering, you're in luck.

I never tested these tools, and even less with a stock rom. I do not know if it works with the stock rom.

I meant with JK1, etc ... you do not tighten nor in 7.8 nor in 7.5. You will be in Nodo I think.
