If you have any of the Scott roms in your system unzip and navigate to system/app and you will find it there and if u don't have Scott roms u have to download one.

here is lockscreen+lockscreen settings from deodexed jelly bean stock,maybe it works,i dont know,make backup before test.its not flashable,you have to copy the files to system/apps with permission rw-r-r--.

if rooted place apk in system/app

Copy the 2 files to folder system/app/ with a root explorer, and make sure to set permissions to 0644:
read write exec
owner x x -
group x - -
global x - -
Then reboot your phone, that's all.
