I fail to see the "new UI" here.
But yeah, I expect something close to the leaked Honami screens.

Now show me that on the image the OP posted... The app drawer icon and wallpaper are Z one, but what else is new? You can see the battery icon is still horizontal, not vertical, so it isn't the new UI. And obviously the Z will get the new UI...

yes, I know that there are differences in the Honami UI, but that's not a given fact from only the screenshot that OP posted...
there's no evidence for the new UI, so we cannot say that 4.3 will come with those changes..

Sony Xperia Z 4.2.2 update comes with Transparent Nav Bar & Status Bar,customizable toggles,new lockscreen...
That's all...
But with 4.3 update,it will get new themes,wallpapers,home launcher,new battery icon,new interface apps with white background and many more....

Yes they didn't say that XZ & Tablet Z will get Honami UI on 4.3 update
But they posted that photo,that's mean they will get the new UI on 4.3 update,if not why they change the Xperia Z & Tablet Z screen to Honami screen?

worked perfectly on my Xperia ZR running Rooted Stock ODEXED 4.3
just deleted "SystemUI.odex" and "Home.odex" ,and it worked fine even without SuperUser MOD Installed

Also supports black apps too would also be great i think

Orange is the original color. Its meant to be that way. I remember flashing my k550 with w610 firmware to get the awesome walkman player and also flash themes.. Sony and OP rule

Aneurysm is so elegant and beautiful and I just love that theme...

I agree, all themes available on playstore are awfull, it seems that tjey have been done by 12 years old kids!

Very nice! This could easily pass for an official, professional theme.

either this or just most off theme creators also creates roms and stuff (a.k.a. geeks) (no offense :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed and have no understanding about esthetic and colors.. I am happy to try this theme now. Btw, why it takes over 6MB when previous theme was almost 2MB? Did you done more work, more stuff into theme? Just being curious..

Now you can relive that Awesome and retro software that the Xperia Play had on your Sony Xperia Z2.
Introducing the XPlayNeoZ2+ MINI ROM.
This is a new and awesome MINI ROM made for the Sony Xperia Z2. If your running Marshmallow on your Z2, then your all good to go!
What is a 'MINI ROM?'
A MINI ROM is basically a new type of ROM that is small in size, however you don't need to reset everything or anything in your device. Since this MINI ROM adds to your phone's experience, without taking anything away from it. So it's sort of like a tweaks MOD, but with much, much more features.
What features does this MINI ROM bring?
Pretty much most features from our beloved Xperia Play! Sadly some of our favourite Apps such as the Game Launcher won't work at the moment but in the future, I will try my best to port these apps that aren't working at the moment. The features that are working however are...

-Xperia Play Music Player
-Xperia Play Cosmic Live Wallpaper
-Xperia Play Camera
-Xperia Play Themed Nova Launcher Home Screen
-Sony 'Make, Believe' Boot Animation by @Nidhal AKA the king
-Xperia Play Clock & Alarms
-Xperia Play Wallpapers
-Xperia Play Sounds & Ringtones AND Xperia Play Sound MOD w/ Beats™ Audio App Sound Tweaker.
-Latest Busybox pre-installed
-Some more tweaking Apps such as Root Explorer MOD EDIT removed, rule 6 and a CPU Tuner included.
How to install?
1: Download the Zip file from down below.
2: Clear Cache and Dalvik Cache. DON'T Wipe your Data or System or anything else. (score!)
3: Reboot normally. (First Boot may take a while!)
4: Set Nova Launcher as default Launcher in Settings, then go to the Nova Launcher Settings->Backup & Import->Restore->Select Xperia Play.
5: Your done!
Yeah, you read that right above. You WON'T lose any data whatsoever when flashing this ROM! (Again, this may change in the future but for now, it's not necessary.)
Also you can check if this also works on other devices, such as Z3, Z3C, Z5 etc. This is originally tested on the Z2.

I'm currently busy on more important, and definitely more exciting projects for the Xperia Z2, such as an Android N ROM and a Sony Xperia X ROM For the Z2. (Already released.) Plus it seems like This MINI ROM is sortof a mixed bag of opinions. Some love it, others hate it. It sort of reflects as what you think of the 2011 Sony Xperia UI. Anyway, cheers!

It's a mini ROM! It just includes some extra Apps, wallpapers, and that AWESOME Cosmic Live Wallpaper that is, btw, not at all ugly.

Still but by the looks of it (screenshots) this "mini ROM" of yours will give your searchbar an old look like when you had ice cream sandwiche ROM, which looks absolutely basic n ugly, I don't even wanna mention other ugly things, imma stop !

-_- The search bar is a Nova theme. you can change in Nova settings to default AND as I mentioned, these aren't replacing ant of your currwnt stock Apps, they are just addons for nostalgic reasons. Plus these apps work with Material Design and ripple effect features, so they are classic, yet still modern. It's fine if you don't like it, but taking a look at my Mediafire downloads, 18 people does and I only updated that link this morning. (3 hours ago.)
