i hope for you you can save your device with KDZflasher!
firmware:
http://lg-phone-firmware.com/index.php?id_mod=11
flasher:
http://www28.zippyshare.com/v/21714843/file.html

Do you read my post? Phone doesn't turn on..KDZ & ADB don't see the phone....

yes, because the phone didn't finde system space
the phone do nothing? sometimes kdzflasher can reactivate the phone (stil shutdown with battery pluged out)
if this didn't work: GZ, you got a full brick
only hope: JTag

Hmm full brick I have warranty, and it's my rescue

if you able get into emergency mode (vol up+vol down+power) then you can still flash it with kdz. but if not, just send it to service center... like mine.

When you send your phone to service,ur phone is rooted? (my phone is rooted, and i have little anxiety...)

please help me,after i do app2sd,my phone restart,i tought the app2sd was sucess, but after that my phone cant read the sdcard,i've tried to replace the sdcard with other sdcard, but it still cant detect the sdcard...
and then i think maybe if i flash it,it will recover, but when i connect my phone to my pc,it only charges but my phone cant detect the usb connection...
i've tried to hard reset it,but its still the same...
can somebody tell me what to do?
thanks and sorry if my english is bad
Go to device manager and deactivate LGE Virtual Modem and try to see if your computer recognize the phone
Same damn thing happened to me after trying to install app2sd. i enable usb debugging but i dont get a response in the notifacation bar to say its active. I tried to reflash with the baltic firmware but the KDZ_FW_UPD.exe doesn't see my device (i know i've got the right drivers installed btw). I also can't download any apps from the marketplace over wifi or mobile network(which i don't think is working either).i disabled the lge modem and it still doesn't recognise it. HELP, PLEASE.
Which version of windows are you using?
Try put your phone into download recovery mode, then go to KDZ update tool and select emergency from the drop down box at the top right of the window.
Now flash the rom and it should work.
Jesus H. Christ that was a quick reply, thanks. I'm running win 7 and i'm still a bit of a noob, how do i put the phone into recovery?

Hey, got mine sorted out, you need to deactivate the LG modem in device manager first then put your phone into download mode ( hold vol down as you power up the device and you should see DOWNLOAD MODE ). Then just reflash with KDZ update tool. The percentage bar never moved from 0 for me but , after about 15 mins, my phone rebooted i just unplugged and everything seems ok. The phone mounted the sd card and usb debugging now shows in the notification area.
P.S.
You may have to enable mass storage on the phone for this to work just can't remember if i did or not so try it both ways i.e. turn on mass storage and try flash and if that doesn't work turn it off and try again.
Hope this helps.
Oh, and a big thanks to 'flyboyovyick' for his help on this, Cheers man.

LG E400 brick. No boot, no emergency mode.

Hi guys,
I have bricked my LG E400.Yesterday I try to downgrade my firmware with kdz. I receved an error ( kdz upgrade error wparam 100) and after that i turned off the phone.
Now my phone can't boot in any way and my pc won't recongnize it...
Plese help me! :crying::crying::crying:
have you try the combination button?
Vol up + down + Power, then after vibrate press home button
if it can't, maybe you have a hard brick, and you can call nearest service center

I follow your instructions but my kdz doesn't want to detect my phone...my pc doesn't recognize the device...i don't know what to do except throw away it...
Before you throwing it away, did you install the latest drivers?
If not, you can do so by downloading and installing them from your support site or by downloading and installing LG PC SUITE.
After that please open device manager and see if there's anything there with an exclamation or a question mark. If there is, please don't continue and post back what it is.
Only when you see that everything is okay, disconnect your phone, turn it off, enter into emergency mode (by clicking volume up + volume down + power button), make sure that you're in emergency mode (the yellow screen), connect your phone, run Software update [KDZ] (KDZ-Flasher), make sure to set the right type (CDMA / 3GQCT), make sure to leave the PhoneMode in DIAG, browse your kdz stock firmware file, and then click on "Lunch software update".
I'll be looking forward for your comment.
Please don't give up!
I have installed the new drivers and the lg pc suite. The problem is that the phone won't go on emercency mode...
It seems dead.It also doesn't boot and the screen remains black when i push the power button.
When i plug the usb cable in my pc i can't hear the usual sound of w7 but an error sound. The system tries to install the drivers for new device but it can't recognize the phone...

What's happening instead of going into emergency mode, when you're clicking volume up + volume down + power button together? Is it seems dead the same way as you're clicking only the power button?
Did you try flashing your stock ROM again with Software update [KDZ] (KDZ-Flasher)? Is it even recognized in it?
What about the LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL? Same issue? It's not recognized?
BTW, you're saying that Windows 7 isn't recognizing the phone? Are you using the drivers that are provided by LG? If not, you can get them here.

Any key combination on my phone doens't have any effect. I try to use LG supporto tool updating many times the drivers but the device is not recognized.
I'm thinking to take the phone to the service center.
If the phone not vibrate when turning on, its a hard brick and u can tell the service... They're propably replace the mainboard

Well, it seems like a hard break - most definitely.
However, maybe one last chance before the service center.
Did you try to look in device manager while connecting your phone? Is there any refreshing while you're doing it? Are there any exclamation or question marks?
The reason I'm asking this is because of this:

After installing the driver, when the phone is powered off, no. When the phone turn on, no. When the operating system turns on, I dont know, not enough time (phone restarts after a few secs).
I do hear the indication sound from windows that something is connected but nothing turns up..

I did it! wow, took 7 hours ! :victory:
Just so you know how :
1. Need to be in fastboot mode
2.Do like in this thread with the CMDhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2477595
3. Then basicly follow the steps here http://choimobile.vn/threads/huong-dan-cuu-soft-brick-lg-g2-f320s-l-k.12932.html
4. Whats important though I think is turn off your computers internet connection, dont know why, but it will fail otherwise.
Step By step
After you collect those DLL & TOT files, here's step by step :
1. Disconnect any internet connection
2. Set the computer time before Juli 15th, 2012 ( I set March 1st, 2012)
3. Double click LG Flashtool. Username, password, and Registration key are on the link #1 post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2396048
4. Insert DLL file in DLL column. Browse to where you put the DLL file.
5. Insert TOT file in Software column. Browse to where you put the TOT file.
6. Click OK
7. Click the GEAR icon, set only port #1 that ticked. Other ports are UNTICKED. Click OK.
8. Press & hold volume UP , while connecting the USB cable to your computer (set to DOWNLOAD MODE). Until the phone shows "DOWNLOAD MODE" on the center of the screen.
9. Open System Properties. Device manager ->Set COM port for LG Handset using port 41.
10. Click Arrow Right in LG Flashtool, disconnect USB cable for 5 seconds. Reconnect USB cable.
11. The FLASH process in progress, wait for 600 seconds and shows green background say "PASS".(In my case at around 86% The phone already worked, the flashtool still did his thing and failed at 90 something percent.Doesnt metter because phone works)
12. Disconnect USB cable and close the LG Flashtool application.
wow props to ya...how did u get the IMEI back?
Why kids messin with phones when they dont know what they doin .. aaahhh

LG Flash Tool crashed while flashing, phone bricked

Hi,
I was about flashing stock rom (following this thread and using CSE Flashing mode), when suddenly LG Flash Tool crashed on windows (I hate windows). Flashing progress stuck at 16%, so I press and hold power button to power phone off. but when I tried to enter to Download Mode, phone start too boot, and after LG logo, screen keeps going on and off (showing black screen)
I tried to enter to recover or factory hard reset, but it going to Factory data reset, even if I confirm reseting data it would try to boot same as when I tried to get Download Mode.
adb does not work
I followed this thread, but /dev/sdb1..36 just available for a few second and then disappear, after a while they are available and then disappear, and this will going on, (I think this is related to that screen on and off thing)
Would someone help me?
Sorry for my bad english, I'm a little nervous right now
Ok, finally I could see sdb1...36 and do what have been said here, and now I stuck at LG logo at boot.
still cannot get the download mode
factory hard reset is back but it'll stuck at "Factory reset processing..."
I have really lost my respect to flashtool after this kind of errors. If someone solve that issue it would be great for our community
please help

Unfortunately, Windows never sees the phone.
It's weird though. TWRP got successfully flashed during the QHSUSB_BULK guide method, but I cannot boot into it.

Completely dead P9 lite

So it looks like this phone is not completely unbrickable. I've seem to brick mine pretty bad.
The phone doesn't turn on at all. No vibration or other kind of feedback.
Doesn't appear on the computer either.
So my question is: is there any emergency download mode like in qualcomm based phones?

Yes Warranty falls if the bootloader unlocked. Test Point could help.
Well warranty will most likely only complain if it was bricked by the user and software modification.
If your phone broke because of an hardware issue, you have a chance that warranty still repairs it for free.

Have you tried to enter fastboot or recovery solely using the button combos? or did you try using adb as well? It's possible your battery deep-discharged, or your power adapter/connectors are faulty.

Yes I cant enter anything in fact. There was a suggestion to connect the phone without battery to the computer but it implies opening up the phone and even if it did something I don't have the tools to flash it. (dc-phoenix only seems to work with phones with fastboot working)
As far as I know the symptoms that my phone is experiencing are due to the fastboot partition being messed up.
As far I was able to research there is another boot loader before the fastboot one. But the phone doesn't respond at all, it is dead. I will ask around in phone repair shops if they can reflash the phone.

Before you do anything rash, have you considered getting a usb jig? Simply put the stock firmware on the jig then plug it into the usb port on your phone. It will automatically put your phone into download mode and install the firmware. Here's the link to make your own usb jig http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/help/guide-how-to-make-usb-jig-reset-binary-t1604707. Hopefully this helps!!!

That is for samsung phones. I gave on trying to fix the phone. Next week I'm going to send it to a phone repair shop and see what they can do.
Edit: The phone repair guy says that the only way it can be repaired is by replacing the emmc or replacing the motherboard. So for now the phone will sit in the drawer until I manage to get a new board.
Hello
I had the same problem with my honor 7, the only solution is to replace the motherboard :/
If the phone is completely dead, warranty will accept it just because they will change your motherboard if they can't turn it on. I had the same problem last week, probably an hardware fail, I gave it to them saying that the phone simply turned off and they changed the whole motherboard (bootloader unlocked, twrp and root).
Well I tried sending it to the repair center. Two days later they replaced the whole phone, they said that there was an issue with the power ic.
B160 works for me.. hmm.... using it for like a [email protected]@
might be your hardware that cause the problem and not the firmware?

I'm starting to think so, I've flashed the replacement and it didn't brick. May or may not be related to the headers, but I don't want to be creative right now since I need the phone lol.
What is b160 can you explain
