Can you provide the link to the gapps zip you are flashing?
What apps are you looking for exactly?

The ones from here 'http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2050821&page=149'

I didn't see any gapps zips on that page...
You need at least this package: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20121212-signed.zip
For CM10.1 Nightlies since they are 4.2.2 now.

I've used them but I will try again

What apps are you looking for exactly that you aren't finding?

All the google apps, I also re-flashed it and it still didn't work. :l

Well the apps that come in the gapps now are Talk, Play Store, Browser, Calendar, News, Quick Search, and some other minor stuff.
Gmail, Chrome, Voice, G+ and others are downloadable from the Play Store.

Is there not a pack with them in?

Not to my knowledge no. They are excluded in the zip as they as downloadable from the Play Store.

Make sure you reboot once with WiFi on.

As long as you have Play Store - just go in and search for any Google app, then scroll down and find the line that says MORE BY GOOGLE INC. Tap that and you'll see everything else you can install.

Package seems to be exactly what I#m looking for..
But can you tell me whats the difference between 4.3 and 4.4 package ?
4.4 apps should work on 4.3, or ?
And which apps are included in the core package ?
Here is a list of the APK's included in Banks' 4.3 GApps. I don't think the 4.4 GApps work with 4.3 ROMs, but I'm not 100% on that.

What about all the libs ? I see some stuff from maps which he propably forgot to delete but I want to add some GApps from another package how do I know which libs and dependencies to add ?
What is each zip for?
I'll just love to know what does each zip on http://goo.im/devs/BaNkS/GApps/4.3 does !!!
Have been looking and can not find an explanation on that, on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2012857 only 4.4 zips are described.

Lollipop is Android 5.0 so it's safe to assume yes.
I havent been able to install Google plus on a 5.0 source built rom, is there any version that works with 5.0?

Grab a logcat of the crash. I can't fix crashes that I can't reproduce.
Play Store, Play Services, and Gmail are out of date and I can't update the first two for some reason, it just says "App not installed" when I try to update Google Play Services to version 6.1.88 or Google Play Store to 5.0.38.
New 20141109 Gapps for Lollipop is up. Lots of new stuff included, and everything should be working normally now. Check the initial post for the full details and download link!

just to clarify, i deleted the GMS Core files from my tablet's /System/priv-app/ folder prior to reflashing, not the GApps zip
before that, i tried clearing data for Play Services, wiping cache/dalvik in recovery, installing a Play Services APK i downloaded from another XDA thread, & reflashing the 11/9 GApps zip. i would have tried the 11/7 again, but I'd already deleted that from my computer

Because you have soo many different people and thoughts on what gapps are needed. Like I prefer to use a gapps that doesnt have google music, playstand, movies and such. All I need is play services, gmail and the libs. Everything else is bloat for me. That is why there are soo many different ones.

Yeah one uses a themed setup so the apps are transparent. The clear is transparent and the non-clear is normal. Also if you use CM themes there are add ons for theme ready gapps, so that themes can theme them properly. That is on the TBO G+ page.

That's the main one i want to get rid of?
If you do play Store may not work right I guess.
You can always make a backup, try everything you want And If anything Go wrong, restore!!!!

A question

My last phone was a Titan or Moto G2 XT1068. In that, I rooted the stock ROM and tried uninstalling gapps but it went into bootloop. Only if I installed a third party launcher, uninstall gapps except Google, and then after a successful reboot I uninstall Google, it used to work. But mostly, the home screen never showed after uninstalling Google.
My question to you guys is
How can you get rid of gapps from Athene running latest stock rom? I tried System App Remover, but it kept failing. I rooted my phone with phh's superuser.
Pls help
Have you tried this debloater script in the Mods section? https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/themes/stock-rom-debloater-t3729594
As always, back up your device before using.

AFAIK stock ROM comes with Google Now Launcher, and removing Google app with cause force close to Now Launcher, (may be because of Google widget or side screen??)
You can remove google app from /system/priv-app or /system/apps (don't know exact place and folder name.)
Also remove google now launcher and install other launcher or use flashable launcher installer zip (like trebuchet or others) available on other XDA forums..
After it, wipe delvik and cache from TWRP, also take backup before proceeding to remove anything..

You cannot use Google keyword search and other things that you might want to use from Google. So easy way: freeze it, test everything, then decide if it should be deleted or not.

Depends what you mean with function properly... For example: Google play store is also a Google app. You need a third party app store like F-Droid or install every app separate per apk file.
Living without Google is possible, but you should decide. There's no yes or no in terms of recommendations. Only minor apps are outside the Google play store available.
