Use apps like appstosd or link2sd until a custom ROM comes up !!!

Yeah first of all after rooting I did that... but no success.... app2sd is showing sd card emulated. . And link 2 sd is showing failure. .. gl to sd is of no use...

Download GL to SD from Play Store. I've used it - It does the job for games as well as other apps.

Init.d support ready for our device...will upload CWM flashable zip soon...need a tester...
Note: - init.d will allow the sdswap to work...Also the flashable zip is pre rooted and also has busybox installed

search cm recovery for galaxy y in google.itll give you link and instructions
Download update.zip file [google it] then send this file in sdcard.
After that turn of ur mobile.
Pres vol up key + Home+ power on buttons in one time
Then system console will open
Select flash from sd card
Use volume and home key to nevigate:screwy::screwy::screwy::banghead::screwy::screwy::screwy:
Select update.zip
And youre done

Do search "root samsung y" or "universal GB Root"

Why not root the duos phone like all the other duos users? Head over to duos development section.. see sticky threads.. DIC thread... get link to root thread in first post.. go to 20th page in root thread.. you will get updated file.. and see instructions in first page of that thread.. if you get problem.. the ask in help thread..

Download update.zip if u have downloaded it then go to recovery via 3 button combo
Apply update from sd
And then flash update.zip.
All done.

rebooted it..........
and stuck in galaxy y logo........
then i thought that i should use the restore option.....
as i did that backuped earlier.......
nd when i restore it the words in the background says "error while flashing boot image".......
plz plz plz help.........

you have to flash the kernel with maked the backup than u can restore the nandroid.

nothing to worry mate just go http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1465800 download rour stock rom and flash via odin it'll be allright !
By the way are you sure it was stuck there at y logo because sometimes you'd need to wait as long as 5 minutes after fresh flash ! And what were you flashing ?

Please Help me my galaxy y GT-S5360 Wont Start after installing Hyperion 7 Goldmaster..
Every thing Goes fine until i rebooted my phone in recovery mode..
Samsung galaxy logo comes in and after 2 seconds goes off and on in 2 seconds..
Phone does't entering into recovery mode..
Only download mode works..
Problem Persists even after flashing stock firmware using ODIN..
Help me please.....

Which says samsung only or samsung galaxy young ..?
Try this -
Download another firmware package and try..
Look for bootloaders and pit file if above does not work..
Let me do some research ill be back...

After installing Hyperion 7 Goldmaster..

Nothing Happen same bootloop persists..
if u cant access stock n cwm.. odin is the only way and by that after flashing your fone will be fine.. i dont know what happen to yours.. btw where did you download the hyperion rom?

Flashing doesn't interfere with the external sd card however the flash of a new Rom or firmware would wipe your internal data... Take a backup before every flash to be on the safe side...

You have 2 options
1 first open the clockmodrecovery/backup/your back up name / nandroid.md5 with any text editor and delete all the written character in it and then save it
2 delete the nandroid.md5 file and simply create a file ( not folder) with name nandroid.md5 replace it with older

Using root explorer find the md5 sum of each folder. Then compare it with nandroid md5 file. If there is a mismatch correct it using any text editor....
