[REQ] Samsung bootloader strictly for I8190 - Galaxy S III Mini General

Howdy folks!
So yeah I need a bootloader from someone with working 3 button combination to get into recovery. The reason I ask for this, is so that we can all benefit from it.
Your device MUST be GT-I8190 ONLY! and NOT GT-I8190N or GT-I8190L.
Here's a dd command to enter in Terminal Emulator.
Code:
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p5 of=/sdcard/bootloader.img
Once you got it, navigate to your internal sd card, upload it and paste the link here.
Thank you.

Yeah! I ll do this soon, as i can.
Helping is most important.
Heres tha link to my working three botton bootloader:

All right!

It could be a possibility that the kernel is the reason for three booton combo.
I m not a dev, maybe once a day.
Edit:I think build is not the fact, or is the rom the reason for starting recovery?
I ve a custom zialigned rom.

This will be tricky to debug it in this way , for example I flash (same) CWM multiple times and sometimes the combination of 3 buttons works (drive me to CWM recovery) sometimes not work and load the download mode on the same phone .

AW: [REQ] Samsung bootloader strictly for I8190
I have another trick to go to recovery: For me, is working.
Do: vol up, home and power together when phones off.
Then do this combo three times again. (Press three bottons together, three times while looking at samsumg logo, then hard bottons blinks three times. Lol
The magic word is three.
Enjoy..

What about the recovery itsefl..was it built with files from a "working" device?
Maybe it doesn't matter. Dont know whats in them, haha. Im not a dev. Just thinking.

It probably works for you because you triggered it to go there when you pressed it the first time already.
Wont work for me.

AW: [REQ] Samsung bootloader strictly for I8190
I got an idea, first time when recovery loads, it asks at reboot, fix stock recovery install.
So reflash via dd, and at closing recovery push fix stock recovery.
I might be that your rom flash stock recovery!
So it could be not working, the three combos.

No I'm afraid not, because if you'd flash custom kernel, then your 3 button combination wouldn't work anymore.

Problem is not if we use custom & stock recovery.
We have had this problem with three button combo not working since we got our phones.
It came like this from factory.

AW: [REQ] Samsung bootloader strictly for I8190
My phone came with no working vol up...,too.
I got this working when first installing custom recovery.
Stock recovery is not available to access. Jou.
Only downloadmode works to access.
Got it?

Ok
Then we know it's possible to get it enabled...somehow.

Yeah it is possible, at least xd.bx thinks it can be.

AW: [REQ] Samsung bootloader strictly for I8190
It could be that what custom recovery is installed. I had all from the threads on this section. Maybe one of it enabled the botton combo.
I remember, the first time i flashed the combo hasn t worked too.
Hope for all to be lucky.

Some phones have button combo working out of the box,so there must be some differences made by samsung. If it isn't in mmcblk0p5 it is somewhere else..

If you have an earlier (SBK1?) pad you might be able to sort your pad out with NVFlash. Have a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1366743

What were you doing when this happened or it just decide to freeze at the Asus screen out of the blue?
Have you tried the button combo method to get into recovery?
Hold Vol down plus Power button
when you see words scrolling at the top left of the screen
immediately push Vol up within 5 secs.
This should get you into recovery

What method did you use to root and install CWM?
Did you ever had CWM recovery installed?
Some B7O have the SBKv1 which enable it to be use with NVFlash.

I had the exact same problem after I updated to the latest OTA. I lost my root and recovery. I reverted back to 8.6.6.19 via

I had to use the second method and it seemed to solve my problem. I then re-rooted using razorclaw and reinstalled CMW.

[Fix][JB]How to fix black screen after installing JellyBean[Recovery}

Hey all,
Many of you have problems when installing various flavors of Android 4.1+. This is the solution to you tablet being stuck at a black screen after installing an Jelly Bean ROM. The solution is actually quite simple: Your recovery version is obsolete (old). In order to get JellyBean working (unless there is some other problem) is to use this recovery for the GT-7310
http://www.mediafire.com/?b2pbv065k51zqy6
Flash it in your current cwm
I'll find a 7300 version in a while.....
GT-P7300: http://www.mediafire.com/?z4xoxajadhflybj
I had no problems flashing CM10 with 5.5.0.4, so it can't be true for all. But it might well work for some roms.

Something is going on with that version of CWM. When i do a backup its size is only 14.5MB. That definitely does not look right to me. Is anyone else getting the same?

That's not good - have you rebooted yet? If you haven't, flash a known good one. If you have, wait for someone more knowledgeable than me, but I'd suspect you've bricked it and will need to send it to Samsung.

I'm not sure i have flash it or not. The tab still can run normally, but everytime i want to clear dalvic, it appears "E:unknown volume for path [/sd-ext]", and if i choose yes, the dalvic will be clear like normally.

Please HELP!
I flashed a new custom rom but something went wrong and when i rebooted a didnt see anything on the screen :S I have nothing on the screen since that, but I can flash any stock rom with RSD lite. After flashing the phone can't boot :S
The backlight works, but nothing appears on the screen. I have flashed about 5 different roms. Nothing changed. :S But for one there was an infinite motorola logo(for 3 hours) so i believe the LCD works. :S (i have 2 batteries and an outer charger so its not a problem)
What should I do?

Have you tried this with other tw roms or aosp roms? Also you might want to downgrade to twrp 2.5.0.2 since 2.6 is a bit buggy

This will bring up a test menu. From here you can test the touch screen.
After flashing a new rom rry it as well. This will test if it is the rom or not too. If it works theee but not ar other times it is probably the rom.

Solved [Q] AutoDroid Nexus 7 3G (Tilapia) Help

Hi everyone. Bare with me a little. I'm new at this and cannot post in ROM thread because I am a noob. I've done a lot of reading and learned how to pretty much break everything but I did manage to get it working again in stock form. I am trying to set everything up for AutoDroid and a car installation and cannot seem to get it working.
First things first, I successfully rooted the Nexus 7, installed custom recovery (TWRP), Installed SuperSU, installed the Kangaroo Kernel, and flashed the AutoDroid ROM. That's where I am at this point. The problem comes now where I don't have volume buttons on the nav bar and see no settings menu to change any options. I manually installed Power Event Manager and gave it access via SuperSU. The tablet doesn't go to deep sleep when removing power.
Current Settings:
*see attachment*
Does the tab need to be in host mode w/ OTG for PEM to work?
Where are the settings for the ROM?
If I don't have volume etc on nav bar does that mean it wasn't flashed properly?
What did I do wrong?
Sorry for all the beginner questions but I've gone thru hell with this. Have learned a ton tho. I managed to remove the OS and all recoveries so I had to reimage the tab w/ stock OS.
TL;DR: I suck at computers. I need help.

I was reflashing and factory wiping but it wasn't working. I went to Advance wipe in TWRP and wiped Dalvik, cache, system, and data and boom Worked! Guess Dalvik and factory wasn't enough. Pretty much followed install directions for Slimkat. Can't believe it took all this.
Thank you for all the help.
