Ok everybody, it's been a long time coming I know.
As you know we now have official ICS for our Thunderbolts.
I have taken and rooted and deodexed the official OTA.
Then I applied the latest OTA Update.
I have done nothing else to this rom file.
Other then root, deodex, zipalign it and added Busybox support.

Does anyone know of anyone working on a normal ODEX'd version of this ROM? Rather, for those not looking to use any of the advantages of deodexing, but the speed advantage of having it still be ODEX based?

I can post an odexed version if that's desired...

I long ago moved onto a Galaxy Nexus then a Galaxy Note 2, but I still have my Thunderbolt laying around and am excited to try this. Patiently (or not so patiently) waiting for my activation email to come through for the Infected site so I can download it...
EDIT: Nevermind. Found it on androidfilehost.com

When I try to install it, it reboots recovery.

Note: Do the radio flash first. I had a mother of a time getting things to work before flashing the radios (because I messed up and forgot to rename the file appropriately).

Thank you! Yes, there are still people, myself included, using the Thunderbolt.

Stock Odex and Stock Odex Debloated are both now uploading as well for those that prefer it.

noob question
Thanks so much for your work, santod040!
Coming from stock Revolutionary 2.11.605.19 with the .19 radios. Can someone tell me if I will have to flash these new radios separately from the ROM, or are they included? If separate, which should be flashed first?

I897UCJJ4 Kernel w/CWM, Custom bootani, User Scripts

This is based off of the new Froyo I897UCJJ4 leak.
Pre-Cog-Kernel - I am building a multi stage kernel so I can include all of the goodies like Atinm and Supercurio have done. (not very fun, multistage is lame!)
Changelog:
ClockWordMod Recovery (thanks to Atinm)
---Fixed /tmp not mounting
---Replace recovery binary with one from the market (Atinm added in some menu options that I deleted binaries for to save space)
Custom boot animations (/system/media/bootanimation.zip)
---Properly moved up the int list so there is no delay
User Scripts (/system/etc/init.d)
Removed FM Radio module and int code (it's useless)
This allows for nandroid backups and flashing anything you want!
Known Issues:
If you do a factory reset you will have to flash the stock recovery so it can set things up again.

Heh, good good, its all fixed now, that edit was a false alarm, I flashed stock then my kernel, and it can't handle that initial setup recovery does, so stuck in recovery is what happen.

Many thanks to the Devs listed above for the bits I've used. And also many thanks to all you Devs out there working hard to make this phone better than ever!
known issues:
Menu -> Settings -> Personalize does nothing (Rosie is removed)
Let me know if you find any others!
Without further adieu:
First I recommend flashing some bits of the RUU. I have repackaged the RUU to remove recovery, hboot, and system. Download Here and place PG05IMG.zip on your root of your SD. Boot into hboot and flash. This will wipe your data and update your radio.
Now...
Download BoltOfPhotons_Hybrid_v1.2
Flash via CWR like any other ROM (DON'T FORGET to BACKUP and WIPE FIRST!)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MOD-Pack is not yet updated for use with this build....coming soon...
I notice the PG05IMG.zip is a little bigger than just the radio but much smaller than the whole thing. What else is in there besides the new radio?

Radio, looks like modem firmware? Kernel which is really irrelevant since it's included in the ROM. Just basically too the hboot and recovery out so it doesn't affect ability to root. Also took out system since I want to modify it for the ROM anyway. Left everything else as it most likely is important for the "fixes" in this RUU. The most important thing here is the radio update.

[ROM]GingerJane 1.3 - Sense 2.1/Gingerbread 2.3.4 - FixedSh*t Edition

Due to potentially dangerous problems with the Gingerbread leak radios, I have pulled my download links and suggest you go back to froyo.
As many know, I don't do real custom roms, just repacks of stock/leaks for users. Due to the bugs in the leak this is based on, I am unable to stay stock. I will do my best, and will list any modifications I use.
Wanna report a bug?
Did you do a data/cache wipe before installing? If no, please don't report.
Can you provide logs if it is a crash? If no, please don't report.
Did you do any modifications? New kernel? If yes, please don't report.
Otherwise please PM me details, with a log if available.
Community attributed fixes:
imoseyon kernel v2.5.3GBtest2 - Fixes Camera
PSCII.apk (chingy) - fixes usb mounting with custom kernels
HTCSetupWizard.apk (aiccucs) - No more activation of death
(if I missed you, please let me know)

Stock Kernel
For those wanting to undo the Camera Fix kernel
http://www.cl.ly/6r8T
Fixed:
Usb Mounting
Camera
Activation Hang
Missing Market Apps
Bluetooth issues - Should be fixed, please report back.
Broke: (thanks arcanexvi)
Alarm Clock (for some) UPDATE Fix coming on next update
Wifi Tether ??? - Need details + logs before I look into it
Data loss after callls ??? - Need details + logs before I look into it
Extremely Slow charge - Need details + logs before I look into it
Slow 4G performance - Disputed, no LTE where I live, need massive details
Unable to download new HTC widgets - NOT BROKE, server side issue, like in 2.1 leak for Eris.
Uninstalling an application causes it to "freak" - Need details + logs before I look into it
Gingerbread leak is alpha software, it is buggy. All roms based off it will be buggy. If this bricks your phone, it is your fault not mine. If it causes any harm, your fault not mine.
DOWNLOAD LINK REMOVED
Radio flash is not needed if you are upgrading from another Gingerbread Sense rom. Data/cache wipe is recommended.
Installation Instructions:
Download both the ROM and the radio.
Rename PG05IMG_gingerradio.zip to PG05IMG.zip and drop it onto the root of your SD Card.
Put mecha_gingerjane_1_3.zip onto the root of your SD Card
Boot into recovery
Do a Nandroid Backup!
Perform a factory reset
Flash mecha_gingerjane.zip, DO NOT REBOOT
Using ADB, reboot to bootloader
adb shell
reboot bootloader
If in fastboot mode, switch to bootloader mode and allow the updated radios to flash.
Enjoy!
Since everyone wants screenshots, here it is. It looks ...like...stock.

Hey there,
this is my first post on xda.
Since I'm not allowed to post to the Android Development Section just yet, maybe a moderator can move my thread to the right section or merge it with the corresponding thread.
This is a fast mirror for Option B (see below)
It will be valid until March 9, 2012:
US:
ICS: FULL version CWM flashable, which gets you US-9.2.1.11 rooted, no mather what version / rom / region you came from:

You need:
CWM installed
In option A: Rom US 8.6.5.21
Option B has no Rom requirements. You just need CWM.
Notes:
-This is US version, but everyone can flash it and it works properly. Only difference with TW WW versions is spell correction languages available (and I believe wifi channel 13 not available, but shouldn't be a problem)
Process for B:
-Boot into CWM
-WIPE data
-WIPE dalvik cache
-Install downloaded zip
Feel free to point out any mistakes I made. Just wanted to make it clear and simple for users looking for this rom.

Awesome! Thank you for this. I have a question as I haven't updated yet. This is exactly the update that is being pushed out only rooted. If I install this will I be able to get future updates? This is awesome as I lost root a while ago and never could get it back. Thanks for this work.

EDIT: Hmm average 1 click per minute and no thanks....common XDA!
I'm unable to boot into the launcher. The setup force closes and then i get a black screen. The settings menu still works though. I can't find the launcher application in the list of apps....

Try a CWM-based factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik and reflash the zip. That should help

Does Slim 4.2.1 include or work with DSP Manager? (A nice tuning tool for music lover from CM)
Can I use this theme in this ROM? http://www.slimroms.net/index.php/downloads/all/viewcategory/64-icsbluethemes

Yes, DSP Manager is included.
Awesome rom! Big thanks!
And, happy holidays!
I read the changelog and am ITCHING to try this bad boy. Do you have to do a full wipe? Sorry if it's a dumb question. I'm on Slimbean 3.1, and I do have the latest Semaphore downloaded that works with 4.2.1. I'm assuming a full wipe, but would like to be sure. Also, do I need to redownload gapps?

Yes I recommend full wipe. And yes new gapps and addons.

In the install instructions it gives 2 options from another room and advanced. And I quote
"For expert/advanced users ( those who debug on their own):
Download 4.2.1 from here
Wipe cache/dalvik, flash device zip and gapps upgrade zip
Reboot, if your run into issues, do the steps "For Most Users" and try to reproduce"
The gapps upgrade zip, is that the same as from 3.1 Or not available yet?

So far awesome. System volume a bit low and I can't find the hold back to kill option.

Actually it's Developer Options, and I wonder why it requires you to tap the build number in about phone a few times to unlock it... Thanks for the tip though.
Google is doing that so normal non-modifying consumers don't get confused by it.

I thought that was a joke! I confused it with multitapping the version number to get the Jellybean icon! I actually thought you guys were joking! LOL! I'm a dumbass! So, you click it and "congrats, you're a developer! I feel so stupid.
Tried this ver and cannot boot. It stuck at kernel boot screen . I odined the 2.8.0 semaphore and can not boot too. But I think it may relate to my burned internal sdcard. I installed helleybean which is working fine with my phone.
Is there any other reason about the issue. Cuz I still love this build.
Thanks
