If you're not too busy, could you explain what base rom you are using, very few devices have jb sense, and how are the HTC drivers for a different android version, compatible. WIll it have project butter?

First: to admin / mod, please don't delete this thread from this subforum. This subforum is mostly viewed than others.

#1 - I don't have P1010, my friend too, so we are not responsible if your tablet will be bricked etc etc.. It's unlikely but anything can happen (so it would be good if your tab was on the warranty - you know, ....im updating with KIES and *BOOM* - joke ) (warranty is not a joke XD)
#2 - My friend make a zip rom for test - stock firmware 2.3.6
#3 - If it will be working we start developing

If you know how to make a rom, what's problem? Im watching now installation script for P1010, is the same for P1000. Only what you need to make a rom is time to copy graphics, tweaks and edit XMLs (P1000 to P1010)
We want two testers who not afraid to modify their tabs. In each rom developing is the risk to brick your device but if you have guaranty - it isn't a problem.

Finally! I've been waiting for a long time! I saw some pictures and is a very pretty work. Congrats! I think is slow to make the poll reach the 15 votes because the P1010 user like me, think that nobody will help anymore. I enter here monthly only. We aren’t exactly sure what M stands for. “Monthly”, “milestone”, or perhaps “MINE ALL MINE!”. Whatever it is, I hope that we are meeting the needs of community.
M-Series builds will be available under the EXPERIMENTAL tag. The filename will include the date stamp as well as the M version. These builds should be stable enough for daily use, and we encourage feedback and bug reports.

I know there are 2 methods mentioned here for rooting XXLS8 but this one is different
for this method , we gonna use SiyahKernel S2-v6.0beta4 which is originally done for XXLSJ ( leaked 4.1.2 )

I don't think so, because every customization that you do will require root permission
and it will work when the phone is rooted, so when you un-root the phone
the customization will be gone.

Your customisation won't necessarily disappear, but the functionality will probably stop, with many mods requiring rooting in the first place. Anyway, why would you want to unroot after going to the bother of rooting and customising? The alterations possible are endless!

PiDroid is a Cyanogenmod based Rom for the Samsung Galaxy S Advance. And it is build on a Raspberry Pi.

nothing to get angry @senaferdy79 , yes it may have many things working since YESTERDAY but not a daily driver. I wish i could have helped developers but still I hope it gets better and stable sooner.

Not since yesterday though, those are seriously minor issues, I have been using phones as I used it on kitkat and it doesnt fall short anywhere

I think it'll be alpha 4 from Archi and his "team". I think that we can expect in the next few days

That Sounds great. Thanks for the info... :good: I was a user of Archi's AOSP based roms.. I'm waiting for his Lollipop version.
