I haven't seen a thread about this, so I figured I'd post it. As you can see in the link below, our beloved XT925 in Canada and Latin America is scheduled for a Q1 2013 release. So I guess we will have one more month to go.

Heh, I was told by my dealer that it'd be the end of November for the JB upgrade, then mid December, then late December, now Q1 which means as late as March. Yay Motorola! Nice scheduling!

for real? my wife got the note 2 on sunday, and i can tell it is a great phone also included that it has alreadyjellybean with telcel, but what is missing in ours hd's here in mexico is jellybean, so it would be a really great new to know that the next 2 weeks probably we will be getting jellybean
Ugh... The Rogers site just update dates again. Moved from "late January" to "early February" fingers are crossed for a nice Valentines day present from robbers

It is great news.. but it is not confirmedthat the vibrant will be getting 2.3 in mid may... that is for the UK. The date for north America is not stated there .. hopefully its soon.

What is their guarantee that they won't do the same they did with FROYO?
Just be happy we may have the slightest chance of getting Gingerbread.

They didn't do OTA updates on the Vibrant for some reason. The Fascinate, Epic 4G, and Captivate got OTA updates to Froyo.
Samsung hates us / T-Mobile said no. :/

That is what I'm wondering. Just because Samsung is ready, doesn't mean we'll get it, right? Doesn't T-Mobile need to mess around with it for a few months too before we see it on our phones? Or is T-Mobile's part already done?

Thats for the AT&T atrix. International Atrixes have little or no support, depending on which country you are in. For example, Southeast Asian atrixes are not getting ICS.

Read the original post. He's talking about support for international atrixes that have literally no support anymore. Not the AT&T ones which will be getting ICS.

Yep I understand your frustration with international support for the atrix. Us guys in the UK got the official gingerbread update pretty late and I'm guessing we won't ever see official ics here.
Just need to wait a little longer. As long as any atrix gets the update the rest of of us will get a lovely shiny fully working cm9/cm10 to enjoy

On 3 UK we are still officially on MEA so we will probably have to have an update to 4.2.2 like EE recently did before we will see 4.3 It's a real shame that the providers seem to be falling behind again
