11/13 - Ordered a 16GB N4
11/15 - Got back order email
11/26 - Got "Shipping this week" email
11/26 - Got email with tracking number
11/27 - Received phone from UPS
12/3 - Received $13.99 shipping refund back to credit card
If you ordered on the 13th and have received your phone, wait till Monday (12/10) and if you still haven't received your shipping refund I would recommend calling Google to get it sorted out.

I sent an email on Sunday and this was their response...As with this entire experience, I take everything the CSR says with a grain of salt.

Finally received my credit yesterday - After being told I had already received it, than told maybe my CC company denied it, than told they are doing the refunds in batches and I will get mine soon.

Expansys DHL tracking

Hello!
Got email that my HD2 was shipped to me today, yay!
However, I did not get DHL tracking which I should get I think(it's not on the order tracking page too.
Did you get tracking (dhl) when ordering from Expansys?

I'm in the same situation as you: HD2 shipped today by expansys (DHL) but no tracking...
So pi**ed off, had mine on order since the 7th Oct, only to get an email this morning saying my card had been rejected, despite Barclays saying they hadn't bared it. By the time it was sorted Expansys was out of stock!!! Someone out there has got lucky today. Any ideas how long before they have more stock?
My friend had the same situation - card rejected.
He called them today, cancelled the cc order. I told him to pay via PayPal(so his card was charged anyway) and they have accpeted it. He got it shipped out the same day(today).
But he did not get tracking.
I have contacted support and I have been told that my tracking is my order number and I will see what happens with the package on the order tracking page as soon as Expansys gets data from DHL.
One thing remains strange for me - why the hell they do not want to give us the tracking number?
Normally, AFAIK, from what I have seen in the past the tracking numbers appear in the on-line Expansys record of the transaction which you can access via the My Account link towards the evening of the shipping date.
YMMV...

You have to wait till the tracking number is scanned for the 1st time, then it will appear on the expansys order page.
I'm still waiting for my tracking number aswell.
Well, I rather hope that my package is being loaded on a plane to Poland, not "scanned for the first time".
Received tracking number from expansys. It's marked as shipped since 11/11. But, it's dispatched from DataSelect and picked up by DHL at 1735hrs GMT today.

I got. dhl tracking in order tracking page and also in invoice which one send via email me .
Strange, I did not get an invoice at all...
First got "order confirmation" email, when they did not even have it at stock. Now, I got "shipping confirmation" email, but with no tracking. On the order tracking page, it only says "Sent email - eXpansys - Order shipped XXXX-1B18-XXXX -" (but that's only order number, not tracking).
Anyone know what DHL service do they use? Is it DHL Worldwide Express or something else?
GOT TRACKING. A DHL button showed up at the bottom of order tracking page. Mine is coming from Marseille.

Mine right now says Estimated 3 days.
I'm a little pissed off that they say they have 100+ in stock at the time I order and now I have to wait. I find the Estimated 3 days to be a completely BS status as well. Like they really are going to get that much more HD2's in a couple days later...on a weekend?
If it doesn't ship around that time I'm canceling my order with those liars.

Mine was showing 5 days for a while. Then in stock.
Next day (Last night at 6pm perth time) it was shipped.
I think all the stock went to backorders.
I have three updates. Email from Expansys, one from DHL and the order page updates with the DHL link.
Currently my phone is in a plane between London and Perth.

I have my DHL tracking number, it left Marseille a few hours ago, went to Leipzig and is now in Brussels where it has to be delivered!
Got a mail with a link to the expansys order process site. on that site was a link to the dhl track including the number. Delivery was superfast, Marseille to Germany 1 straight day.
Had preordered mine so it went out with the first batch. When I did a refresh of the product page during lunch after receiving the shipment notification in the morning, it said 50 on stock. A few hours later it was back to estimated time in stock Nov. 12th.
You will find the link at the bottom of the page, there is no tracking number, however clicking on DHL logo will take you directly to your order(tracked).

expansys are awful
I ordered mine when in stock, then estimated shipping time went from 1 day, to 2 days, and now its estimated 5 days whilst HD2 product page says 1 day availability..

UPS sucks

Does anyone know would I get full refund for refusing the package including shipping fee?
I ordered a Nexus 10 from Google Play last week Monday, the package was shipped on Tuesday via 2-day shipping service. It was suppose to delivered to me on Friday, however, UPS f*cked up, saying the driver could not find my address. I've been receiving packages from UPS at the same location for 6 years then all in sudden they said they can't find my address. I contacted them, they apologized and couldn't explain what happened and I was told that I should receive it on Monday. Today, Monday, I received a call from UPS, they said they could not deliver the package today because the driver already left. The package won't get to me until tomorrow and I can't pick it up until then. I had enough of this BS from UPS, so I decided to ask them to return the package to sender for me.

How long does it normal take a Nexus 10 to ship?

I ordered mine yesterday morning and the status hasn't changed. I didn't see anything that said there would be a delay also. How long do they normally take to ship?

I ordered the 16gb. Sorry should of said that haha.
2 days processing, 2 days shipping. I didn't get my shipping notification until the day it was going to arrive so don't freak out if you don't get it the third day.
I ordered a 16GB on 23rd and still have not got any shipping mail. Today is the 3rd Business day and maybe I should get a shipping email in a day or two.

Ordered mine on the 24th, still not received my shipping notification
purchased a nexus 7 on the 21st, had a shipping notification on the 22nd, was in my hands on the 23rd...

It sounds like I got lucky. I ordered the 16gb version at 1 AM Friday the 23rd, got the tracking number later that morning, and it arrived on Monday.
I ordered mine on the 23rd and have not gotten my confirmation email. I called today to make sure everything was OK and they said my order was still processing.

I ordered on a Saturday, it shipped in the evening on the following Monday, and arrived Tuesday (the next day). I'd say this was quicker then average times though.

I ordered mine at 6:30pm on the 23rd and I still have yet to receive a tracking....I'm so jealous of you right now.
I just got off the phone with Google and they said that the problem is that the nexus 4 orders are backing up the he us 10 orders!! I was told my order has been approved and should ship within the next day or so. I originally ordered on the 23rd.

I ordered mine on 11/26 and the order posted to play as the 27th, I assume because it was 5:30pm on the 26th when it was "received" (according to the invoice) in CA and that's after business hours. I still haven't received a shipping notice.
I spoke to a Google Play Rep about it to make sure it processed correctly. I wanted to be sure there wasn't any trouble in the transaction since I recently had Identity theft issues.
He told me that it had charged my card successfully and was in processing and would most likely be Friday before it shipped and I would get it Monday at the earliest but probably later and that if I hadn't received it by Friday of next week to call them back.
So that "Delivered in 3-5 business days" Google play posts in the fine print is a not so reliable way of saying it'll be 3-5 before we mail it, Maybe.
I ordered my nexus 10 16gb on Thursday November 22, 2012 and have been getting the run around every time I call them or email them. Their customer service reps keep telling me it will send the shipping info email the same day I keep calling them. What a lie! Anyways after numerous calls and emails they finally sent me an email with some information of use. Hope this will help anyone wondering what is happening with their orders. This is what it says:

Hopefully this gives anyone else insight on the status of google's customer service. I might reconsider buying a google device just because of this horrible service.

I placed my order from New York on Monday Morning 11/26/12 everything went through i even called to make sure and i have not even gotten a process completion email with a tracking number yet if i dont get anything by friday im calling them and demanding them to send it overnight at no extra charge....its all about the customer my friends! even though I am upset they dont sell the Nexus 10 in stores and have to go trough this whole process...I can say I am really excited to receive my new toy!!

the wait is very agrivating Im waiting for mine as well, and can you beleive they dont let you cancel your order...i ordered 2 by accident ( the other order got declined since i didnt have enough funds for both) but they cant cancel....i think this will be the last time i buy an item off the Google play store

I received my Shipping notification at 1:05 pm today. When I got the email and checked the tracking number, It was already in the Nashville hub and will be out for delivery tomorrow.

Wow this is totally unfair if you ordered it on the 26th and I ordered on the 22nd. Completely upset with Google now. I still have no delivery confirmation email. Congratulations on getting your nexus 10 btw.

When did you receive the $50 play store credit?

As the title states, those who have received their preorder, at what point did you get the email with the $50 google play credit?
I ask because I preordered a 64gb frost but it seems to be delayed so last night I ordered a 64gb aluminium and it shipped today to be delivered tomorrow. I would still like to get the preorder bonus of $50 but they said I will have to wait for the preorder to ship then send it back. I'm just curious if anyone received their credit email after their device shipped but before their device was actually delivered. Long story short is I live in another country and am shipping to a freight forwarder and it would quite expensive to have it delivered then sent back so I'd need to call fedex and do a return to sender before they deliver it.
Any feedback is welcome!

One code came the day it shipped. The other device had a bug in code being sent. Had to contact them and it took a week for them to get me a code

Verizon PreOrders

So pre-orders went live for VZW on Friday. The forms says "out of stock until March 30th". So hopefully they will ship to arrive on that date.
Fingers crossed.
I ordered 2 of them for my business account on Friday, and the rep said that they would ship early and arrive on or before 3-30-17.
Charge processed by Verizon this evening so I imagine it will ship today, tomorrow latest. I'll advise once I see a confirmation on the shipping.

I used the link from my order confirmation email - it just updated but still not sure on shipping speed... It says UPS Ground 1
Same. UPS Ground 1. I just checked my order online, no email.
I don't have a link on my order receipt, but when I clicked around on the VZW site I finally found something that said my order was sent to warehouse for shipment. No other info as yet...
That usually means it's ready to ship awaiting pickup by the carrier. UPS will probably update the shipping details tonight once they have it in their possession.
My page finally updated with Shipper and tracking. The page says 1Z4 is the shipper and the tracking number won't work for USPS, UPS, or FedEx. But my guess is that it is all just been entered and will get "fixed" when it actually gets picked by UPS.
I got the tracking number my phone should here tomorrow.

Mine shipped today via FedEx. Delivery is for tomorrow AM, but I'm an Enterprise customer...I get all the phones, and they always ship to me a day or 2 before they release in stores. Gotta love that.

Make sure you sign all the documents if you doing payment Installments as they may forget to send it to you. It happened to me but I act quickly
Mine is in transit!! Has not updated a delivery time, but coming from Chester PA via UPS Ground to VA, which is one day shipping time!
Received FedEx tracking number. Arriving 3/29 by 10:30a. Business enterprise customer. Seems I get devices a day or two early. Note 7 and Pixel XL came early.

I'm a business enterprise customer too but I only preordered the G6 at 9am CST this morning. I don't have any other updates and my order status link in the confirmation email always gives me an error message. Not good news ? oh well
Sitting at UPS in my town waiting for Verizon to "upload" something to UPS so they can deliver it, according to UPS. No early pickup either so it looks like Verizon is going to hold off on letting these be delivered until 3/30. Of course they are, that's what Verizon does
