Hello everyone, after searching a lot about connecting a DVB-T USB dongle to android smartphones I found the following thread :

but I couldn't get it to run on my Galaxy S3 with rooted android 4.3 and kernel version 3.0.31-2168382.
I want to know if anyone has managed to connect a DVB-T TV USB dongle to his device and watch TV, please share the steps you have done...
Thank you.

You can use a router or laptop (http://www.connectify.me/) for dispatch wifi protocol then the smartphone will connect through it.
PPPOE
I know this way, but using labtab in the office is prohibited and we mus use mobile only, and I have to use PPPOE software's. there are 3 software in the net, I bought PPPOE for android in google play, it just worked perperly in Nexus4 and nexus 5, but it did'nt work in S4 i9500. the error is not setting tty to PPP. just because of KERNEL. please tell me any kernel that PPP is enabled in it.....

Hi,
I am really new to all of this customizing and rooting. I've read through a lot of the threads on the Galaxy j7pro and I'm not sure if any of the Roms will work for me and what I need. I need my phone to Ruth android wi-fi tether app (from android-wifi-tether.googleco...v3_3-beta2.apk) which requires a kernel which supports netfilter (iptables), so that i can connect via wifi (ad-hoc mode)and get access to the internet using the 3G, 2G mobile connection which is established by the handset.
I can already tether with my phone but... with this app I will be able to get UNLIMITED FREE data to my laptop which I can then share with everyone. So sorry I hope I don't sound like an idiot. So to the point. Which custom rom and kernel do I need to install if any?
Thank You, even if what I ask for is hopeless.
MY PHONE IS :

Hello guys
I have a problem
I have Nokia 808 phone with old Symbian system. I have JoikuSpot app on it. It allows to create hotspot from mobile data on Symbian. And I am able to connect my Arch Linux and Windows 7 to hotspot created by this app.
But my Lenovo IdeaTab A3000-H tablet doesn't detect this hotspot. I have read, that it is because of unsupport of ad-hoc, and JoikuSpot creates ad-hoc network.
I have Custom Rom installed on this tablet - Android 4.4.2 by kupyxa4444_mod.
So question - how to enable ad-hoc support on this tablet and ROM?
Thank you for any replies
Greetings
