Remove Brightness Controller & Quick Settings from Leaked LS7 - SVA ROM 2.3 - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 General

I have installed the amazing ROM SVA 2.3, simply it is stable and smooth. However, the brightness takes huge space from the notification panel as well as I don't use the quick settings.
Therefore, I worked around to hide/remove them (Thanks to Kryten2k35)
If you are like me, find the links below:

The option for brightness is there as built in "not moded ".
Maybe SAM are watching us.

yeah i was stoked to find the notification options in LSA. Always hated losing space on the panel just for a settings button you could access a ton of different ways elsewhere and the new brightness bar was gonna do my head in just the same.

Nice one, I will deffenetely gonna try that as soon I install Oxygen or Oxygen based ROM
Thanks:good:
thank you
clean install Oxygen and theme, phone boot loop
Works for me, nice piece of work. Only problem is drop down is a few pixels shorter than the height of the screen, so wallpaper underneath can be seen - a very minor issue though.

I know it's been a long time since the last post on this thread but I have only just started using this theme.
The issue with the drop down bar is easily resolved by using a UOT footer. You do however lose the nice orange line from it.

Anyway to add the "On/Off" switch in status notification bar of wifi?

Hi all~
I was using Allwinner A10 tablet before + custom rom and the ROM offer few handy things:
1) On the notification bar of wifi, I can immediately turn on or off the wifi instead of requiring to jump to SETTING
2) Want to add bluetooth notification bar as well
3) Long press power button can select reboot or screen capture as well
4) anyway I can add file association to .pdb => iSilo? By now ES explorer knows .pdb is ebooks but when I click it, it will said no program can open it...
Thanks a lot!

For stock? You could use extended controls, Widgetsoid, or notification toggles. (Apps in tve play store) As for the file part I have no clue.

Most of those are built into Cyanogenmod
You can add notification toggles to the stock ROM with widgetsoid; this video shows how to do it:
http://youtu.be/_GCiEqB5How?t=5m17s
so there is no way to add that button on the built in notification bar? must need a 3rd party widget? ('cause I changed to use tablet UI by altering the lcd.density so normal widget looks odd~ )
Thanks a lot!~

Looks really fine!
Any chance, that you will tell me, how to make own clock?

Well, sadly I can't link to better instructions (I'm new) but mainly you:
Make the empty widget,
Add a module (think: numbers for the clock, rectangles)
then look through the settings for it.
Mainly the format string matters, it has pre built ones like date, battery, etc.
Hope this helps.

[GUIDE] Enable navbar on S3 mini (should work on all ROMS)

So in order for this to work your phone needs to be rooted
Then simply open build.prop and at the end add following line:
qemu.hw.mainkeys
I am not sure but I think you will need to do this each time you install / update ROM

Yeah! That's an old trick (for CM roms, at least) I already include it a long time ago in my faq too. Yes, you need to edit the b.prop everytime you update the rom.

Try this app
Does it's work for stock rom 4.1.2 ?
I have always wondered why Samsung relies on using hardware buttons instead of using the Google navbar.
Thanks OP, will use this if my buttons act up.
I did the exact process, but nothing seems so be showing up. I'm on CM11

The OP miss the "=0" at the end. Read my FAQ instead. You need to reboot after add the line.

i like the Split screen very much. i can chat on QQ and wechat without switch screen.
hope you will like it!!!
ps:my english is so poor,haha
Great! It would be nice if you could give us feedback on the overall performance and battery life
Yea please share your thought compared to miui8
Overall experience is very smooth, battery life is same as on MIUI 8.
For me that means around 9+ hours of SoT if using Wi-Fi only, around 6.5 hours when using data connection + GPS.
so far so good, btw i am not in the beta program ,:fingers-crossed:

Has anyone noticed any improvement in camera performance as original camera software falls short of potential.
Is this the final version?
My only question is: Does it support quick reply ?
