Windows 8 will not be available for any phones. Windows 8 is only for PCs and tablets.

I'll assume you're talking about Windows Phone 8 which is different from Windows 8 as mentioned. No current Windows Phone device will be updated to Windows Phone 8 unfortunately. At most they'll get is Windows Phone 7.8.

yes.
First of all it was not working ,just kept coming up with it needed .net framework 3.5 and it installed it and it still kept coming up but now its all working ok...well windows is a preview so it will have problems..

WP ROM's can flash only to own device.... you cant use it on different devices...
if you want WP device, buy WP device.... no other solution
You can't get Windows Phone on other devices. However, you can search for "Windows Phone launcher" in the Play Store to make your device look like Windows Phone.

I don't know where you got that idea, but windows 10 only works in processors that support ARM and this device not support this architecture.
