Adobe Reader reader question - Eee Pad Transformer General

I use my tablet for work and I often need to use pdf files and get signatures and fill out information. If I tried using Adobe Reader but it doesn't have the ability to save as different forms. Is there a app similar to that?

Try EzPDF, it may work.
It performed rather slowly on my Transformer, but maybe you will have better luck.

I second EzPDF, Repligo Reader will also do the job with annotations.

Does Play Books support epub/mobi files?

Hey all, I'm interested in getting the Nexus 7 when it becomes available, and was wondering if anyone that has one or knows if Play Books on the Nexus 7 supports non-store downloaded epub books? I know there are some markets apps like Aldiko and others that allow you to use your own files, but I like the look of Play Books, and wanted to keep all my books in there.
I've tried searching Google and these forums, but haven't really found any solid information.
Thanks for any info.
No it does not. I use mobi format with the Kindle app instead.

And I use Nook for ePub for the same reason. Once there's a way to use Play Books as a reader app for all my books, not just Google purchased, I'll be on it for sure.

For epub I use Aldiko, combine that with tuebl.com and you're set. You can configure the in app catalog to search directly from the website.
Or try moon+ reader.

My favorite ebook reading app is Mantano Reader if you are looking for another option
It is supported now!
Support for reading your own PDF or EPUB files. You can upload the files through our website play.google.com/books/uploads, and read them on all your devices.
Refreshed design including the library, Table Of Contents view and the recommendation page at the end of books.
A confirmation dialog to prevent you from accidentally un-downloading a book.
Stability and performance improvements.

Second for moon+. It has opened every ebook format that I have tried.

CoolReader is another good one, I have been using it forever.

Epub works well. For me sometimes it couldn't get the book cover on Play Books so I used Calibre to add a cover and then uploaded it. The app is very polished.
Does anyone know if it's better for long number of pages pdfs ?

Best PDF Reader App for N7?

Does anyone know a PDF reader for the NEXUS 7 that is really really fast with scrolling and pinch and zoom specifically?
Both Mantano Lite and Adobe Reader do what you are wanting very well. I have found Mantano somewhat more useful for my needs. I suggest you try both since they are free and go with what works best for you.
Mantano Premium & ezPDF Reader & Annotator are my favorite.
I second ezPDF. It's really really nice.

Strangely the Kindle app seems to work better than Adobe Reader for viewing PDFs. Though you do have to open it via an external app like Google Drive unless you send them to your Kindle email address first.
Adobe Reader is the one I trust
ezPDF reader gets my vote. Much faster then Adobe Reader.
I use qpdf because it lets me fill out PDF forms and print them. Adobe reader can do this but for some reason it won't print what I input.

you can try PocketBook reader

What readers are you using on your n10?

And what format are you using to read ebooks? Are you using some other app to get ebooks? Please share
Aldiko for Grey market epubs

My device is Nexus 10, currently using Adobe Reader for PDF reading, really eager for a reader with better experience. Can anybody advise?
I really liked ezPDF on my phone, don't have my n10 just yet (out for delivery today) but if it's as good on tablets as it in on phones, I'd look into that
Not very original I know but Kindle works superbly on the N10, I also have Adobe PDF reader, it's a bit bloated but works well.

One of the things I like about the Kindle reader is I can email the mobi files to my @kindle.com address, then that book is in my archive available for download and syncs across all of my devices.
I mostly use Overdrive that works with my public library.

Nook Reader. I subscribe to a number of magazines through B&N, and the Nook app is much better than Zinio. So I also use the Nook app for reading epubs. Calibre software manages it all very well.
Mantano reader is undisputed PDF and Epub champion of Android readers.
Moon is prolly the best for .chm. Still no really good reader for .djvu format
For magazines, I use Zinio - but not too excited about it, will try Nook when my subscriptions expire.
Mantano here as well. I tried a few and its the only one I found having no visual lag whatsoever when reading PDFs. Can't speak for other formats though.
I just got the kindle one a few days ago so far so good. I might try some of the other ones you guys have talked about.

[Q] Which App is best for Annotation on a big PDF File?

hi,
i want to write some notes on a big PDF(book scanned PDF, about 500 MB).
But if i import this in S-Note, it takes too much time. so i gave up with S-Note.
The next App, which i tested was ezPDF. But there is no Eraser Button in ezPDF Write Mode. And the function "Undo" did not works well..
so i want to ask you, which App do you use for a PDF Annoation?
not so long there was a discussion on pdf annotating in this very forum, check here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2262433
