Did you do adb devices before to make sure it's registered? And to boot in did you use adb reboot bootloader?

Download the SDK, unzip, navigate to your-sdk-folder/platform-tools/ with the terminal.
Type:
./adb reboot bootloader
./fastboot oem unlock
Done

CyanogenMod Installer

Has anyone ever used this installer? It claims that it unlocks the bootloader. I side loaded the apk, and I'm concerned about the use.

Click to collapse
It unlocks the bootloader in devices that support "fastboot oem unlock"
IE not ours. It won't do any damage, but it won't do any good either

hey, I did pretty much the same thing you did. just take a deep breath. if your phone turns on at all even just the lg bootsplash it can be saved. download these files on your pc http://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda/LG+G2/Stock/Sprint+LS980/
and follow these instructions using the files from the link above. don't use the verizion files though! the steps are the same as sprints but the files are not. just make sure you follow every step. this is a last resort option but it will bring it back to life.
At&t or sprint

In twrp go to advanced then click adb sideload. With adb on your computer, copy your rom to the adb folder rename to rom.zip. Then in adb type 'adb sideload rom.zip'. It'll flash your rom for you. If it doesn't work then in twrp reboot recovery, it'll ask you to root. Swipe to yes. And repeat. Viola

Stuck on bootloader. Please help.

I try to unlock the bootloader and install at the same time 6.0 and now I'm stuck.
I did it on a Mac running Capitan with a tutorial from YouTube.
When I do the ./adb devices (enter)
List of devices attached
(empty)
And my mac's info for the next line in terminal
Any help is appreciated.
