my status bar is gone.. but systemui.apk file is still there.. may if i replace new systemui.apk to /system/app & reboot then I may get my status bar back....

Maybe that's the bug of the ROM you used. I suggest to flash back to stock using Odin and try to clear data and cache then flash the custom ROM.

System Ui is different for different roms. Mention your rom and baseband if it's stock

If you're still on a stock ROM, just download the current ROM you're on from Doky's thread and extract the systemui.apk from it. Wouldn't that work?

heyy.. thnx ..) i have deodexed stock rom link.. i can xtract systemui.apk n reinstall so deres any chances to get my status bar back.. n can u tell me the permissions of systemui.apk (currently it has rw rr exexute execute execute)..

Download the original rom and extract SystemUI.apk from it and paste it in Root Explorer.

Guys help me ! i Can't boot up after installing savie's kernel rev70. I'am on stock rom DDLF1 .
I want to flash this on the stock rom itself,but after installing the kernel..the phone doesn't boot up and gets stuck on the galaxy y logo . Please help !

Tried everything ! Even the latest rev73 but still hangs on galaxy y logo !!!! :'(
Stock rom need create manual init.d folder 1st..
That's already there ! I've got adrenaline engine 4.3 installed !

It will be easy if u can knw ur phone's kernel.. It will be something like ddlk2 or ddlk1 or something... Have a look for it..
Or ask ur friend for this...

if you just need a systemui that works on stock rom look on my status bar threads theres loads - theres also a pure stock systemui on the thread that san122 gave (post 28)
anything else you will need to provide the files yourself for deodexing
