HTC Tytn II using 3G on AT&T's Network

Hello everyone,
This is my first post and I was hoping you all may be able to help me wiht a concept I have for the Tytn II. Currently I am purchasing the Tytn II from Cincinnati Bell. This phone is identical to the AT&T Tilt. Its not the Euro version with the second camera. Cincinnati bell has informed me that this phone will not work on their 3G network because they are going to be using the 1700/2100 bands and the phone does not support the 1700 as it needs to support both bands. Athough AT&T states this phones works at 3G on their 1900 ban network.
So heres where it gets good. Cincinnati bell uses AT&T's network for roaming. Is it possible to use this phone at the 1900 ban on At&T network when i am raoming and receive the 3G speeds (providing I have a 3G sim card). As well is it possible to force the phone to use the AT&T network while I am here in cincinnati,OH instead of the Cincinnati bell network.

what networks does the note work on in the US?

Does the Note work with any networks 4g? AT&T or T-Mobile maybe?
Does it work with T-Mobile's 3g at least? If so, any idea what is up and download speeds are?
Im thinking about getting this phone.
It works on ATT's H+ "4g network", 3g network, and 2g edge network.
and T-Mobile's 2g Edge network, not 3g or 4g.
And it should work on any other GSM Carrier in the US, just check the frequencies for 3g internet(if its the same as ATT, and if it is, it's most likely a subsidy of ATT anyway)

International note works with tmobile and att?

Will the international note 3 work on both gsm networks for att & tmobile hspa+ network?
I don't use lte but would be nice if I can switch between those networks and still have hspa+ speed, similar to how my Xperia z works.
I travel a lot so having gsm compatibility is extremely beneficial
Thanks

For the Note3 N9000 the supported bands for UMTS/HDSPA are 850/900/1900/2100. These bands will work well on AT&T's 3G network, unfortunately, will not work on T-mobile's network except for the few places where T-mobile has activated their new 1900 MHz frequency at.

At&t sgs4 in india not giving 3g internet speed. what to do?

Iam using a sim unlocked at&t sgs4 in india on tata docomo network. I have a 3g internet plan but then also I cannot get 3g speeds. The mobile data sign reads 4g! Is this some band incompatibility or something. Help me!

[Q] Does T mobile support International N9000

I have a rooted N9000 india 3g model.
I am shifting to USA next month and planning to use T mobile network.
I know N9000 doesnt support 4G/LTE but will the 3G network of T mobile work with my handset?
Contacting customer support they said that for high speed connection i need to have both 1700&2100 band on my mobile, but none of the note 3 even N9005 doesnt have 1700 band.
quoting t mobile "As per using a non T-Mobile device though he needs to make sure that the phone is completely unlocked. Also, non-T-Mobile phones without the AWS 1700/2100 band will not work on on T-Mobile's 3G / 4G network due to band limitations. In order to connect with the 3G / 4G network, a device needs to use both of the AWS 1700/2100 bands (not just one or the other)."
im confused whether to take my phone or not?
