Still, I'm a bit concerned. With kernel development having reached a standstill on the EVO Shift because all we had was the Froyo kernel, I'm wondering who's gonna step up to take the challenge. To say the least, it'll be interesting to see kernel development start up again, and our Gingerbread Sense Shifts will finally be complete.

About 6 months man It's a very tedious task.......jk it all depends on how fast they want to get a kernel out

Hahaha...personally id rather wait on a good stable kernel then them push because everyone wants it and have a unstable one....but i am so excited about this and thanks in advance to the devs that are working on getting us a kernel.i cant wait to run your Supreme oc'd because it is already fast and smooth....

Thanks for the good laugh lol. It is a very tedious thing to get it working good and stable. I think I speak for most of the Evo Shift kernel devs when I say that non of us want a unstable kernel. But right now the overclocking is being a pain which I guess is expected with a stock htc kernel.

1.4 ghz, now while some of us get to watch these things get built infront of us or all around us, we still have to sit and wait for perfection at its best

ICS ROM With The Least Lag?

I'm getting the Galaxy S III Sunday, letting somebody else hold my Epic. I want to load ICS on it before I give it up. That being said, what ROM has the least lag? It's been awhile since I used ICS but when I did, AOKP was snappier than CM9. Is that still the case? RemICS looks promising too. Any opinions are appreciated.

keep in mind that not all apps are optimized for ics and that the "efficiency" in each app developers code varies, with that in mind, when you flash marcusants ics kang, be sure to keep apps to a minimum for a better experience.

I didn't know you had your own version of CM9. You have a list of features? I will definitely try this out though. Are you moving over to the S III and developing there?

It's awesome, and running much better than Aokp beta Imo. The screen isnt to washed out either, despite the lack of voodoo color, maybe that was a cm7 thing lol

yeah i made a zombie theme for flappjax galaxynote rom. and studa asked me to put that battery in it for him, i did and we gave you credit so i actually have those images. and its badass. good job

What this ROM is:
This ROM is a mashup ROM of OdjDub3xpress and low fat sensory deprivation. It is extremely blue, all the way down to the flashlight. It is desensed to the max, boot manager compatible, and also full landscape.
What it isn't:
I take no credit for the original ROMs. 99% of the credit goes to the developers that I gave an extra special thanks to. Please donate to them as this is fully based on their work, except for some custom themed system and user apps, switching the host for the ad blocker script, making the theme work for this ROM, some build.prop edits and mashing them together and cooking.
To block ads, go into terminal and type
su
ad.sh
If you get a double lockscreen, just go into advanced locker and turn it off, then back on. You might have to do that every reboot. It will also cause your phone to ring on first boot, just let it boot and it will be over soon LOL. To avoid the call answer bug, advanced locker can handle your calls. Go into option/basic settings and tick handle the call. All advanced lockers settings must be acessed through advanced locker in your app drawer, not system settings. If you don't like it you can uninstall it and use the asop lockscreen.
THIS ROM WAS COMPLETLY THEMED, COOKED, UPLOADED, TESTED, POSTED, AND EVEN THE OP WAS WRITTEN ON MY THUNDERBOLT. I DIDN'T TOUCH A PC AT ALL. TAKE THAT iPHONE!!!

I actually had this done before that, but never posted it. It's my first ROM, just giving it a test drive. And me personally I hate sense 3.6.

Honestly this doesn't need overclocked at all. It's really fast and smooth with stock, good battery too.

imo's kernel runs nicely on this, i can't comment on the .19 radios, i never had good data with .19, tried them on about 25 roms too. .9s are awesome on this, for me at least.

It ran great for me at normal clock speeds and data was solid with the .19 radios. I am one of the few that may have better luck with the .19 radios.

It's a sense 3.0 keyboard that was originally for bamf forever. The whole theme was made to work with this rom. Btw this is a mashup ROM of odjdub and low fat sensory deprivation.

base rom was 500mb+ slimmed down a little but ehh thats sense roms for you theyre HUGE

No Bliss launcher for me. Phone.apk FC at start up. Finally just fixed itself.

in Sense 3.6 HTC rhyme update HTC got rid of the 2 buttons on the bottom and just added the sense 3.6 dock and themed it to match the rest of the system

Well I am at a loss cause the default launcher comes up for me.

that is the launcher now. When the htc rhyme(codename bliss) got its OTA to ICS HTC did away with the Sense 3.5 bliss launcher and switched to the Standard sense 3.6 launcher

Ok to get the widget like in the OP, you need to add it like a widget. That was what I was missing.

Its called the quicklaunch widget :good:

It keeps rebooting like every other minute

Text messages don't come in and I can't send. I did hear it liked I received them. But I get a Please Wait box that comes up and disappears. Nothing is sent.
