[Q] Reverse Tethering problem with Spica - Galaxy Spica General

I read this thread and don't works for me. Can anyone helpme? Spica is compatible? I have 2.2.2 Spicagenmod beta 2.1 next generation 6.6. Will work with this rom? I'm nebbie and I can't post in "development subforum". Will save a lot of battery with this program? WIFI consume awfully! Thanks

I can't reply to you capslock66 by message for my limited permissions I believe, I will do here. I said to you that I have android 2.2.2. If I have to change to 2.3.7 say to me. I suspect that is incompatibility problem of my ROM. I disabled firewall in pc and router.

In Superuser your application not appear on the principal list of aplications, but all the permissions are allowed on the log.
The first time not connected, I had to retry a lot of times.
I tested with your adb.exe and mine.
Thanks

Native WLAN tethering is unsupported by tom3q's cyano 7.2. Yes I changed it. For the 2 ROMs your program isn't supported, waiting native tethering... Anyone use reverse tethering on this ROM. How? Thanks

There is another program on the market that do you able to revere tethering named "Reverse Tether" but like this mode isn't supported in this phone with the best rom for me I'm waiting the compatiblity, please tom3q make this possible! WIFI consumes a lot for actualizations and other purposes and if I have a PC near the phone I want to use reverse thetering

hardware not supported ,change phone please

It isn't true, if you put on the search bar of youtube "Samdroid Wireless tethering on android spica and iPod touch" it is possible. In fact these is the program that recommend tom3q for tethering spica. But I want to reverse tethering with the program posted here "ReverseTethering_2.25" or with "Reverse Tether" in Market. Thanks. Any ideas yet?

ReverseTethering 2.25 log and now with tom3q's rom, Spica cyano nightly 7.x 7.3, not works! capslock66 any idea?

Sorry, missed this somehow :/
the mount and image points are static, i see you have them possibly in the wrong spot. the .img file needs to be on the third partition of your SDcard (the ext4 one). if you place it somewhere, you need to tell the script where to find it.
these scripts were written with static mount points, so placement of the files is crucial.

I have trouble when the connection is finishing.
The connection stops when the program's console asks to accept the access with SU in android, but my phone doesn't show anything.

Hi! I have no idea how to fix the issues above, but if you are interested in a Reverse Tethering solution that might work more reliably, you might want to try ReverseTethering NoRoot, an app I have developed. I have opened a dedicated thread over here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/app-reversetethering-noroot-t3316716
