[Q] Chrome on CM9 laggy?

It's not as smooth as expected on my phone. Has anyone else experienced the same?

im trying use the program S health and when try use the uv sensor appears y the device no support that feature because has no sensor. My note 4 have that sensor. I have the G928F the europe version .
Can everybody tell me if my cell is failure or its fine.
