Arrgggghh...coupon code "gift" for $30 off expired yesterday on 1-31-12 :-( - Galaxy Tab 7.7 General

I was about to order it just now but the coupon code is expired yesterday. One day late.
Well, I guess I will wait for another coupon code to arrive for me to order the 7.7.
Meanwhile, I will have to just use my Galaxy Note until something better comes along.
Maybe I am destined to buy something else.
If anyone know of a new coupon code, could you PM me or post it on this thread for other people to know also.
Thanks.

Why don't you try calling (or chatting online) them?
They might be able to let you use the discount

Buying at a sprint store: waiting list?

So, i just called a sprint store near me, and I was told that there are no pre-orders at sprint stores, but i have to get on the waiting list which is available on sprints website, which i'm not sure if she meant it's available now, or will be soon. Can anyone explain this to me?
radioshack. I honestly don't understand why people don't want a free $20 and no MIR.

Where does it say that radioshack has no MIR. As I understand it they do have a MIR. I prefer 100$ less on initial investment to free 20$.
I preordered with Radioshack on Fri. No MIR, and free $20 giftcard. It's true.

There just aren't any RSs near where I work. Besides, I found out about RS after I pre-ordered from BB.
If you can find one, it'd be worth it to get a refund on your BB gcard and just get to a Shack location.
i've been reading some other forums, seems like the only downside about not buying directly from sprint is that it can be harder to get fast and easy phone swaps at the local sprint store if something is wrong - sprint stores will apparently only use the TEP to change a phone if you didn't buy from them (may have to wait for them to send the phone away and then get it back). don't know how much of this is true, but there was extended discussion about it on a palm forum regarding how people had problems after getting the new palm pre from other vendors.

Trust me, i want to, but i can't. I will be going on contract with my mom to save money, she gets a like...25 percent discount on monthly fees from her work, so we have to do it at the sprint store. Still haven't had any responses to my question though, does anyone know?

The 25% discount she gets is already attached to her account. You can go to a RadioShack (or bby) and that will not be affected.
(And no, I can't answer the original question either. An online waiting list sounds bogus though..)
went to my local sprint store, corporate, asked about a wait list, they said they didn't have one but that it was available from sprint.com after clicking on the evo add. I think they are confused about the difference between a waiting list and email updates . . .

I preordered at RS today and I didn't get a $20 giftcard. I'm supposed to get $40 in total since I ordered 2. I called and asked and the rep stated that I would get it when I come in. I hope he wasn't scheming me to keep the cards or else I'm going in there pissed ass hell tomorrow.

No, when you leave the store at preorder, you walk out with your $50 on a giftcard to be used toward your purchase. ($199-$50 giftcard preorder=$149.99). When you come in and pay the remainder and pick up your Evo, you will receive your $20 giftcard toward anything you'd like.
That's on a per-phone basis, so for you, you'd be getting $20 per each phone.

Yeah she told me to sign up for the updates, but i questions if she meant email updates or if it was a separate waiting list, said uh a lot, then said waiting list again...these sprint folk are killing me!

Have mom go to a RS, let them open an account for her (wont have to get phones yet) and pre-order. All she has to do is tell them to add her discount AT THE VERY BEGINNING of the application process and it will be ready and waiting when you go get the phones on the 4th. (And since you will have preordered, you will have them guaranteed for you!)
RadioShacK is the place to get the phone.
Radioshack does not have MIR, 199.99 for new and upgrades, free $20 for accessories, Better service than the sprint store guaranteed, No lines, you phone will be there waiting on you not the other way around. Chose what time you want to come and get your phone.
We preordered through our companies evpdiscount.com website and the phones were 174.99 each.
For me it's www.evpdiscount.com/meridian
is there an activation fee at radioshack?
My work will pay for electronics, so I buy at sprint for $300, give them the bill, get my $100 rebate, then get $300 back from work = -100 for me.

Cheapest way to get an Evo (that I know of)

OK, this is what I did. I went to:
http://wsf2.letstalk.com/brands/bestcarrierdeals/homebrands/index.htm
I ordered the phone for $199 (no tax) then got $25 off using the following link (well it was another referral code but same thing...)
http://www.letstalk.com/inlink.htm?to=7504&rafgId=276311
after all is said and done it turns out to be $174 ^_^
hope you pre-ordered in advance; i just talked to letstalk.com and they are all sold out; some people that pre-ordered won't get it now and they don't know when their next shipment is
They control your account(they create a account with sprint ). You cant change any setting through sprint. You have to call them and they call sprint. If you skip them and change anything through sprint they charge you a huge fee. They have mail in rebate that you cant use until 6 month after purchase. I forgot by the time I needed to use the rebate. It ended up being more expensive and a waste of a lot of time.
O_O I didn't know that. I actually have to add another line to the account in a few weeks and I'll have to modify the account
In the words of the great T Pain.... "You've officially been chopped and screwed"

I did a quick search and it seems like this is only for B2B (business 2 business) users. Is it if you switch from one carrier to Sprint as a business customer?
yes, you need to start a business account.

[Deal] Galaxy Note 8.0 w/$25 Play Credit at OfficeMax for $370 (coupon code)

DealNews is "reporting" that OfficeMax is offering the 16GB Wi-Fi Galaxy Note 8.0 for $369.99 after using coupon code WRU3L5V309TV41DXC at checkout. As far as I can tell, this should still qualify for Samsung's $25 Google Play credit.
OfficeMax Product Listing (Don't forget the coupon code):

Play Credit Registration:

The coupon worked for me. Got the $30 off but had to pay $22 in tax which I would not have had to pay if I ordered on amazon. Still saved $8, so thanks!

Same for me. Is this published in an ad somewhere? Online somewhere? I know Best Buy will price match if I can bring in "proof" of this.

I bet they have either disabled the coupon entirely or disabled it for this item. I actually tried it earlier yesterday (didn't complete the purchase as not quite ready to "pull the trigger") and the code worked then for me but now no longer does.

Not too much actually. After sales tax my net savings was only going to be $11.50, which I would certainly be glad to save, but is a small percentage of the total cost. When the net savings starts to get above $30 dollars then I'm going to groan a bit if I miss out.
I can't get the website to accept my serial # and mac Id.
Argh!

VERIZON30 Promo code

Hey guys,
if anyone is getting the verizon Note III, there's a promo code that gives you 30% off an upgrade, but idk how to apply it to a preorder, one online rep told me this isn't possible, and I'm just seeing if a supervisor can or has done it for anyone here.
Also, does anyone have any idea when this promo expires? Hopefully it's good til right after the note III comes out.

The VERIZON30 Code is impossible to apply to pre-orders or Legacy devices in general. I called customer service to try and get the code applied to my Note 3 order, and they said they can only manually enter a discount amount or they can offer me something else like free accessories or waiving of the activation fee etc. So you can get a % discount depending on the VZ rep and other circumstances after bringing the code to the CSR's attention, but it won't be because they applied the VERIZON30 code to your order.
I ended up getting a battery pack and 2 LG G2 Incipio cases (150.00 worth of accessories) for free when I called. They don't have Note 3 accessories yet so I had to choose other stuff. I also got the activation fee waived thanks to the weekend promotion.
They could have just said no, and I would have been okay with that, but this is what I left with.
This is why I've stayed with Verizon all this time. Customer service always impresses me.

Looks like after a few phone calls, a bit of patience and some threatening to cancel (lol), I was able to get them to honor the 30% discount code on my Note III pre-order.
Gotta love Customer Service!

You had better luck than I did. I just got off the phone with them and they didn't know what that code was.Tried to enter it into the system as an upgrade and new device.
Couldn't explain where the coupon originated from, but indicated that other people were successful in apply that coupon. *sigh* Didn't want to risk monkeying around with the pre-order so I left it alone.
(3) more days!!!
