The Samsung Galaxy Note LTE - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 General

The Samsung Galaxy Note LTE SHV-E160 was released in Korea in November 2011.
The Samsung Galaxy Note LTE is the device At&t will sell as Galaxy Note LTE I717.
Koreans are upset about it because they can not pay for expensive LTE, so they would prefer the faster Galaxy Note N7000. Samsung refuses to sell the N7000 in Korea because it seems they have a deal with the Korean network providers to sell only the SHV-E160 (to push the sale of expensive LTE contracts).
The correct name of the device is Samsung Galaxy Note LTE SHV-E160.
Because in Korea they have 3 network providers, there are 3 versions, 1 for each of the 3 Korean network providers.
SHV-E160S (SKT network provider)

Samsung already filed the Samsung Galaxy Note LTE with the US FCC on 02 November 2011:

Is the N7000 not available in any way in Korea?

I have only seen the N7000, from limited sellers on gmarket (like Korean eBay). I remember there were all definitely over 1 million won / $900-$1000 / £560-£600.

that would be an appropriate question in the att note forum as this one only is for the international n7000...

If you have the AT&T version of the Note, you need to post your question here, in the AT&T Galaxy Note General forum."

In theory, there shoult not be any problem. But what T-Mo are you talking about?
you want to use a TMo SIM, or want to know if you SIM will connect in roaming?
You did not provide a lot of details...
you can check frequencies here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_LTE_networks
Also, you must have a LTE aware SIM.
Thanks,
just wanted to make sure that my phone can use LTE/4G offered by T-Mo USA because it is from Korea/China

[Q] Galaxy S5 Canadian variants?

Hi Fellow Canadians,
Since there is a Canadian thread on M8 and G3
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2694297
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/canada-lg-g3-canadian-users-t2810696
but no S5
so, I'm opening this thread asking for help...
this is what i found:
Canadian Rogers Galaxy S5 SM-G900W8
Canadian Bell Galaxy S5 SM-G900W8
Canadian Telus Galaxy S5 SM-G900W8
but what model is Wind/Videotron/Mobilicity selling? is it the same one the big 3 are selling, OR just the kind with no LTE?
so far i'v heard unlocked big 3 s5 work on wind, but what about the other way around?
thanks
And the advantage or purpose of your thread is.. ?
Canadian carriers use the 900W8 variant as do some other regions e.g. Claro in Puerto Rico. The usual Oligarchistic suspects.. Bell, Telus, Rogers and their second tier brands e.g. Koodoo, Chatr, Fido, Virgin, et al are all W8 models. As are regional carriers such as SaskTel and Eastlink. The respective firmware versions for all of these Canadian carriers are mostly branding and interchangeable with respect to frequency band usage.
Wind models are also tagged W8, it's only the firmware that differentiates them. So the pretense of a unique model number as was done for the S3, etc has been dropped and it's just artificial firmware restrictions i.e. enabling the 1700 AWS band that distinguish the Wind variant.
Interestingly, TMobile also uses the 1700 band in their network, so the 900T will work on all Canadian carriers from Bell through Wind.

If you had looked , i mean REALLY looked , you would have found this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2777799

[Q] Does 910C LTE work with ATT Bands

Been thinking about replacing my Note 2 N7100. It does not work on ATT 4G LTE
Which unlocked international Note 4s are best for AT&T with regard to LTE Bands in the US. or do I have top buy the AT&T variant for reliable LTE?
According to the specs, N910F also covers all AT&T bands

But will they technically work in the US? I don;t want to pay $800 for a bootloader locked up Note 4. When I can buy an international version for the same money

[Q] Compatible 4G LTE carrier in USA with SM-N9005 Galaxy Note 3

I have a unbranded/unlocked SM-N9005 Galaxy Note III in zip code 22202. Is there ANY carrier in the US I can get LTE data with? I've already tried Straight Talk and now T-Mobile monthly plans.
Thanks
Should I just sell this?
