I am waiting for my new Samsung galaxy s i9000 [International version]. There are many roms only compatible for a device with certain versions "radio".
For the regular i9000 international variant, which radio is it?

I've just bought a galaxy note which is japanese version(NTTdocomo GALAXY Note). And I just wondered is it available to flash those galaxy note custom roms .
I have one as well with Docomo. I imagine it would be once she gets rooted.

You can't do it. You have to install rom developed to your model.
Rom to S5 is developed to S5. But you can have ROM PORTED (but untill now i haven't found it) to your model or APPS PORTED.
But never you can install S5 rom on S4 or S4 Rom on S5.
It has different Kernel, different processor, different everything. but works commonly.
The previous poster is correct in that you can't install a stock S5 ROM on the S4. However, in the development sub-forum are a few ROMs that port over the S5 enhancements to the S4. For a good example, take a look at Imperium ROM.
Have anyone tried flashing the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 LTE-A (T335) ROM to a Verizon Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 LTE-A (T337V)?
I have a verizon tab in hungary and the 335 version has Hungarian software but the verison not. Otherwise i do not need the verizon's stuff, couse i've never ever been in US, and in the near future i won't.

I have a question that relates to the compatibility of two devices:
Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9507
Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9508 Duos
I would not make a brick of both but,
I wonder if you can install on both Custom ROM with codename "ks01lte" or "jfltexx", if there is complete compatibility with them.

JDCTeam roms seem to support both the I9507 and the I9508.

if Galaxy S4 GT-I9507 and GT-I9508 are part of one of these "families": "ks01lte" or "jfltexx"
The site official CyanogenMod does not indicate these two versions:

jfltexx refers to the international S4.
Your phones would probably be part of the jflte family, since I saw ks01lte attributed only to the I9506.
Also, they share the same hardware as the I9505.
And your actual question was if you could install jfltexx or ks01lte roms, if those roms would be compatible. Not all roms might be. If you want one, use JDCTeam roms.
