Discontinued, seems some of my friends dont like my work..
Whatever, i am loving to use it..
Sorry for any trouble mates..

screenshots?

I did a clockwork recovery, then wipe data factory restore, wipe cache and dalvik cache, 3 times.
Installed the rom with cwm, but when trying to turn wifi on, it would kick me out to the boot screen. After trying a couple of times, I reinstalled the backup. I'm back to Xron B2. 2.

When I turn on Wifi my tablet reboots. I've never had a ROM do that. Other than that, it looks just like stock CM7 to me.

wifi reboot, due to removed Phone process..
will soon fix that..
and upload the screenshots too as soon as possible

Idk, I'm running xron and I removed phone, and I haven't had any issues. Your concept is good though. I stripped a bunch out of xron. When I look at running services, there's only about 3 things, lol. Helps battery life and performance.
I also removed telephonyprovider and voicedialer with no ill effects.

or str8 up full wipe.. just curious

Honestly....there is absolutely no info on this rom.
With Android being what it is, I'm just surprised that people are flashing this.

lolz, may be because of free domain..
its simple php hosted onto secured server..
should I remove that link ?

No, just add description and screenshots here too in OP.
(And yes, the alert is because of the domain co.cc, free so used by lamerz [not you] and so having a bad reputation)

Do not have Tablet_Optimized as a restore option, only my last backup.

Ok. I moved "Tablet_Optimized" under /clockworkmod/backup. It restored. However now my default boot O/S has been changed in moboot to webos. Looks good but no Market. Loadind gapps. Still no Market.

Does this need to be installed over ext 4? Does it wipe?
You should not need to, but I did and it worked fine.
I only ask because when webstar ported over 7.2 it needed ext 4, and did not wipe.
I would say to be safe disable all lagfix
and it doesn't wipe.
I would also recommend wipe Cash

That is what appears on the screen during the install process. I love it. Hey, I am not sure if it was on purpose or not but I know the users love having USB debugging enabled by default. I edited your build.prop to make those changes. of course it is your ROM so it is your choice I am just trying to help.

Don't we already have a thread for this?
I'm suggesting this because I have no ROM experience, but how about someone to pick up this ROM that seems that is well conceived and make it a lot better? Just a suggestion.

Im using this for about 2 hours and i can say that this is a really good rom for Beta 0.1 tag. Otherway,
-Camera,Bluetooth and Wi-Fi is not working.
-Hw video decoding is not working too.
-There is a problem about Project Butter:Sometimes its almost flying, but sometimes you can feel that the phone is dying in your hands(in system apps.
-Seems like Led based apps cant recognize the led but the camera app can recognize it,amd if it does that, there is no way to turn the led off except rebooting the phone.
-No latin ime included, im still looking for it
*NO GAPPS INCLUDED(at least in my version) and you cant add your google account even if you install the Google Play.
-There isnt any problem about mic and front speaker like in the Aurora !
-Cant open the settings in gallery and turn the status bar off and the gallery crashes while trying to make some effects on the editing page like in the Aurora.
-Mobile data working good here.
Thats all i think. Of course these are little bugs but they are kinda annoying and would be beautiful if fixed. Using JB, and even 4.1.2 on this phone is really amazing. Im looking forward for any updates. Thanks to that Chineese friend for making and you for sharing this awesome rom. !
Sorry for any mistakes, this was a really quick review.

I did more research on the matter, and some people said it was the kernel which could be fixed by placing a code somewhere. I don't know how lol.
Also the guy I did research on was saying that his MAC address started with 00:90:4c then random string every reboot!
I tried the factory wipe, and the same thing keeps happening.
How do I do a re-install of the OS? I think that will do it.
This actually should not be possible, given the MAC address is a physical attribute (although ofc you could use software to mask it). Guess your kernel must be reading it wrong. To my knowledge, it's not like 2.4GHz/5GHz have separate MACs.

Depends. Nothing stock should be acting up like that, so you could try a backup/factory reset, or if you're en route to root, then flashing a different kernel would probably help.

Yeah I did a back/factory reset already. I don't really like rooting because I don't know how to maximize the benefits.

The first link in that post really is just saying to make sure you have the most recent updates to the drivers and SDK, as these are the tools with which to perform the task. Some people had old versions already installed, so its also a reminder to make sure they are updated. Some aspects of the SDK prompt people to update, but running the SDK manager to force the update check is the best bet.
Then yeah, the second link has most of the true steps/content to do the re-install.

A little confusion - the SDK is the software development kit, so its just the software you have on your PC. (Not related to the firmware or anything on your tablet its self.)
For example, if you never had it on your PC you'd get it at http://developer.android.com/sdk/
But then people don't realize you should still run the updater for that title, because it can have very recent updates.
You have to use a Windows executable in the process called fastboot.exe
Some old versions of fastboot.exe don't have all the features that the newer fastboot.exe's do...

Yeah I'm not that good when it comes to these things. I know this is kind of asking a lot, but could you make a step by step to what I need to do? For example, 1. download SDK tool, 2. update tool, 3. stop being a noob lol

After a downgrade from CM 11 to CM 10.2 you should follow these steps:
1)Flash latest CM 10.2 nightly;
2)Flash 10.2 gapps;
3)Full wipe (data and cache).

Sometimes a /system format before flashing the ROM can get things going when nothing else has been working. The ROM does a system format automatically, but some have had success with the extra system format.

The issue is for everyone i guess. The numbers which we used for locking is shown with dots.
May I suggest you put the download links in your first post also? I think otherwise people will keep posting in the development thread because that's where they download.
Great work so far and things can only get better. Thanks!

Sometimes a /system format before flashing the ROM can get things going when nothing else has been working. The ROM does a system format automatically, but some have had success with the extra system format.

Its a known bug. Just turn off the lockscreen sound and everything will be fine!:good:
May I suggest that in the dev thread OP the text this is the dev thread is really big and easy to read, but the link to the discussion thread is really tiny. It ought to be big too otherwise 90% of people wont read it before posting.

with full transparecy you wouldn't be able to see the white symbols on the white/light wallpaper - I guess this could be the reason for Android to darken the status bar.
Imo it's a feature not a bug

Could any1 who is using it currently mark what is working and what's not,
what is buggy and needs some work?
What about battery life (any significant improvements compared to 10.2 or 10.1)
AnTuTu scores?(ofc their not reliable but to boast) :good:

I would not know where to begin to make a ROM! I'll leave that to the pros.
OTA installed, took 4 reboots I think and the first boot is taking a lllllllooooooooooonnnnggg time!
It's optimizing apps right now... all 309 of them.

first boot does take a long time, due to art
after that it should speed through every time
That's the thing with ART, when apps need to bu rebuilt, it takes a good 5-10 minutes... 240/309 now.

Animations are smooth, they just feel a bit slower than GPE but it's also just booting up.
Power menu hasn't changed, HTC backup seems completely gone.
