I have managed to get up to 11mb/s down and upper 4.
HSPA+ here is 14.4mbps with Vodafone Spain (I am in Valencia).

Very North Dallas. McKinney,TX

Here in Puerto Rico with At&t is always around the 2.5 to 3.2MB but sometime its around 6 or 7mb.

[Q] Anyone on AT&T seeing HSPAP:15?

I live in an HSPA+ area but my phone refuses to use anything but HSPA:10. I can't get an HSPAP:15 connection at all. I am using the HSPA+ 'phone' APN and my download speeds are acceptable (7-12mbps) but I feel like they could be even higher with an HSPAP:15 connection. Has anyone on AT&T been able to get a true HSPA+ connection?
EDIT: Well apparently when the connection is in use it switches to HSPAP:15. It only shows HSPA:10 when idle. Answered my own question haha
I was thinking the same thing till I looked while streaming Google Music

Yeah, it does that to save battery. I noticed the same behavior on T-Mobile.

Speed test on At&t and T-Mobile

Which speed its better? I am looking to pick up a new i9500 but I want to know what carrier will be better with it. Either way I be only on hspa+, no lte. Which I don't care much for any ways. Let s chime up for the new i9500 owners. Let us know.
