I had trouble finding a major online retailer in India that was willing to ship the Note to the US. You might want to check on that part before you make any plans.

Actually the link does still work but only for SELECT devices and the note is NOT one of those devices. That link can get you 50% off on a new Skyrocket though.

Pretty sure it's exactly the same. I've even read from multiple sources that the Tmo nexus devices are not locked to Tmo either.
