Its NON-WIPE . Uploading XEO version now 28% so far till I post the link.
I think samfirmware said official kies updates for our UK phones are coming in august so maybe this time they actually got it right.

Kies update is non-wipe so you can update with KIES. I'm packaging it up now though.
Does it have video call on Gtalk (KG3 has it, but KG6 don't...)? How is the colour banding? (you can perform a gradient test here: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/gradient.php). Any noticeable changes?

i already have my sgs rooted, im using stock TMN, i will update through kies, is there a problem having the phone rooted before updating with kies ?
It will be unrooted so you will need to root it again after upgrade with kies.

sorry, my mistake.
tnx for all!!!
i have bootloops so tried to install it a couple of times at differnt usb-ports. no i lost the download mode. it automatically boots up in recovery when i press the combo. any idea?
edit: download mode is back after removing the battery for a while. strange. now i will flash jvu, before upgrading.
ive just installed tmn version (from kies), there is new value pack features, i repeat (nothing new in this firmware except 2.3.6).
Actually i think its worse than 2.3.5 (only 3 icons in dock, where did contacts go??)
I dont have root and this is stock firmware and kernel, (jw3)

This is XEO = Poland.
XEU = UK no brand.
XEO = Poland no brand, and it contains XEU PCODE also

Sorry, got too excited at a new ROM
Where will the rooting kernel be available?
Doesn't appear to be anything immediatley noticably different to LP3, still has the LP3 style scrolling as far as I can tell.
Ubuntu still hates the MTP connection
chances are the styling will be the same as thats a samsung thing...probably just some small bugs fixed..i.e touchscreen lag etc

Filming on video camera still has the audio channels mixed up. Left is right, right is left when playing back
Nobody is seeding the torrent and download is going at a lovely 50Kbs..

You may need to change the modem.

My deodexed releases aim to be as-pure-stock-as-possible, just with a magic touch of being ready for all community modifications, such as theming, debloating, customizing and so on.
You should consider them as an alternative to official pure stock. Especially because they're CWM-compatible, which means that you don't need Odin in order to be up-to-date.

Standard CSC included.
This release has been possible thanks to ArchiKitchen. Init.d is indepdendent, kernel bundled with ROM isn't modified in any way.
Nothing else has been made/changed. No apps removed. No KNOX. This is one-time release. You can use Rom Cleaner for fast debloat. This is the "base" for upcoming ArchiDroid 1.7.16, so if you're looking for something more advanced feel free to try my "monster" .
Modem comes in standalone package, rom itself does not change your modem by default.

This ROM uses new set_metadata permissions. Up-to-date recovery is required! Latest CWM, TWRP or PhilZ will work.
This ROM works only with EFS V2 (XXEMG4+) modems! Read stickies if you don't know what it means
(Unless you're running modified custom kernel)
This is "No Wipe" ROM but I can't assure you that you won't run into problems without wiping. In case of issues - Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
This is a big rom, be patient during flahsing and booting.

Can you tell me what those changelist numbers mean exactly? I know that the higher means newer builds, but does that mean the ND1 is newer than the ND5 since it has a changelist number of 25xxxx

Ask Samsung for that. As I see there's no rule and all newer builds have lower changelist than NB6/NB1, so I'm not trusting changelist number anymore.
