Hello guys, i have an HTC Magic 32B (vodafone branded) bought from Germany with SPL= 1.33.0007 and RADIO= 2.22.19.26I
I'm trying to flash the new ROM from the official site of HTC but i can't. They told my just to put the downloaded ROM into my SD card and run in boot mode to install the new ROM but i can't do it. It doesn't recognize the new ROM. Can you help me?
Maybe because your phone is branded "with Google". Those phones cannot install HTC sense. Is your phone rooted, etc. etc.?
yes, my phone is from google. The problem is that i can't install the official ROM from the site of HTC. My phone isn't rooted.
help me please ... one day big mistake and install official rogers 2.1 and after that my phone lock and signature error 130-132 for all RUU to run and i can not install anything anymore.

Hello, i got HTC magic 32A version RADIO:6.35.10.14 HBOOT:1.76.0010 with Android 1.5
i was wondering if with this version i can use any update or i have to use one specifically?
i buy this in venezuela im not sure about using roger's version i dont want screw up mi phone.

Using a goldcard you should be able to flash the rogers RUU...
But better yet, you should root and get custom recovery...
From there you could flash a modified Rogers rom... like the one from capychimp in the development section.
i want to unroot my htc tattoo and want it back to te original rom, is this possible with the ruu and without the goldcard because i lost my goldcard?? i also was forgotten to tell that i don't know which ruu i need i need a wwe edition but can someone help me to gat the latest
ps if i use an ruu will i lose my recovery because i don't need that anymore
yes with original ruu Rom u will get your warranty back
it will flash your recovery to original HTC

If you need GoldCard to install the ruu,if you lost is as simple as re-create.
ok and which ruu do i need tu use?? because there are a lot to choose from
Hello guys, I got htc magic 32A from a year and a half. During this time I have updated the firmware 2 times.The first time was successful but the second was a complete disaster The first time I updated the firmware to 2.2.1 .I was staying with this ROM about three months, after that I decided to update the ROM to 2.3…We all know that to make this step I had to retool the RADIO.Through the process I had a few problems and I had to move to the stock firmware 1.6 .
So…my question is there a way to update the radio and the SPL (if it’s needed)
My current RADIO is 6.35.08.29
Current SPL 1.76.0009
What ROM do you have now?

1.6 stock ROM , like I said I had few problems so i had to move to this ROM.

Hboot 1.76.xxxx and radio 6.35.xx.xx link to Android 1.5 (except rogers official rom, that is on Android 2.1)

1. Get root
2. Install recovery 1.6.2 patched by cursordroid
3. Via recovery install hboot 1.76.2007 S-OFF
4. If you want, you can choose any radio 6.35.XX.XX (install via fastboot)
5. Install custom rom (that marked with tags [32A][6.35], [NewRadio])
be carefull with that i bricked obes a htc magic with that because i was not carefull
I suggest you use the following link fastbootcommander to exchange radio and spl your phone. Note that for this, you need to have root and spl-off. The use of the program is simple, you just see what the spl and radio rom you want to put needs, go to the Magic tab 32A and put new flash or flash old 6:35 3:22. Any questions we're here.
