[THEME] Sense & Honeycomb inspired theme for Oxygen - Huawei Ideos X5 U8800

Hi,
I decided to have some fun with UOT kitchen and came up with this. I changed battery, wifi etc status bar icons, power widget buttons and notification background and bottom bar. I also changed boot screen to honeycomb's one. Here are some screenshots:

}
I use ADW Launcher and D-Clock Widget. I like the theme. Its clean and simple and looks awesome. I kinda got tired of everything being so green in Oxygen and decided to make this one. Feel free to try it and comment. Just copy the zip to your sd-card and install it in recovery. Make a backup first just in case. It worked 100% for me.

nice theme

wow. it seems very nice.
thanks

Can we use it on latest oxygen?

Hi, do you know how find and extract the baseband files and how put in a zip? Is for repair a phone with a new Rom that have another country bands. For now, only have 2g (is not an APN configuration error). Thanks.

Should work as there hasn't been any framework changes in Oxygen. This theme only changes the original look of the rom and shouldn't interfere with your use of any launcher. So should also work with SPB, haven't used it myself as it costs too much for my taste.

Works like a charm

Nice, thanks

really amazing theme

does anyone know what theme this is?

anyone knows? instructions of how to install it won't hurt, too i'm using cm based build.
I guess you know this bit, but just in case, it's an ADW Launcher theme. You can get ADW Launcher off the market, and there are TONS of themes available for it. Lots are free, some cost a little. I guarantee that once you start looking into how many themes there are for ADW, you won't care if you find that specific one or not!
Here's just one (paid) example...

Good luck
yes, i know that's adw. just want to know what specific theme that is. by the way that theme you posted is great, too!

Heh - I did say, didn't I!
I guess you've just got a lot of searching ahead of you. I'd recommend doing at your PC rather than on the market

[Q] new and weather widget

Hi All.
I have been flashing roms for some time, but a noobie for posting to the forums (need to increase my post count so I can properly use the most applicable forums for my rom).
Anyway, one widget I use often is the news and weather widget (4x1), but I find that it isn't in all the roms, including my current one .
I was thinking to copy the widget across from a stock rom, but am not sure what file/files are required.
Does anyone have any hints?
Thanks.
Which widget is it (picture)?

I have a feeling its this one they're referring to...
What ROM are you using by the way? I'd imagine any of the Sense ROMs would have it...I'm using the 9600gt Stock which has it
Sent from my HTC Desire
its geniewidget.apk or genie something. I know because
I delete it from my rom before flashing.
Hope this helps.

thank you bro
Thanks all
That is indeed the widget that I am after. It is in most roms, but my current favourite sense rom is iNsertCoinHD DATA++ v03, and this is where I am really missing it. I have now loaded redux just to play with it, but expect to go back to my favourite again.
I periodically switch between HD roms and AOSP based ones - aiming to find acceptable replacements for all the good HTC apps/widgets in preparation for next upgrade that may not be HTC device.
use a backup app (ex Titanium Backup) and use it to restore after flashing any rom

Honeycomb for gt540 ?

Is it possible to make rom with honeycomb style for GT540 ? Is there any dev who will have time to make it ?

its launcher related. you could get themes for adw or go launcher which do this or make some png's and set them for icons with some alternate launcher (launcher pro , go launcher adw are all able to do that)
Actually I fing Honeygomb port on polish forums.
It's almost all broken. Only for testing putposes.
But I want to take a look on this.
Here's some screenshot:

EDIT: Looks like this runs over Mur4k kernel. Hmm... Interesting. Ill try to research moore.
honeycomb is only for tablets. only ICS could be used for both phones and tablets
and honeycomb's source is not open like other versions so it almost not posible to port it to other devices

BTW. It is also build from SDK for, for example G1. So don't say it's impossible.

I've flashed it and it works, i can't test all icons, because i have not a battery, so when anyone could be so nice to flash it and make screenshots, it would be nice.

Whad do you mean you do not have battery? So how can it be working if you don't have battery?
UPD: Taking back my words. It works great. And one more wish - could you make clock centred? I would appreciate
I will look for the clock tomorrow. I meant, that my will be replaced under warranty.

HoneyComb Battery+ Centred Clock
can you give me a working link, so i can put it in the first post. and can you tell me what to edit for the center clock?
to centre clock you need to edit status_bar.xml in SystemUI.apk.
There is a manual somewhere on the forum.
File attached
can you post a link?
