I have the same question mate. Which is the path. I want to extract wallpapers from android 4.3 and port them for other devices.

They are packed in the launcher.
system/app/launcher2.apk/res/drawable-xhdpi

thanks! installed it already... it's working fine! although part of the first letter of the week is off (approx a third is not showing)... it's probably because im on 360 dpi...

I cannot extract the stock ROM as much as I want to, as the instructions dont seem to work for it.

Sadly, there are not anywhere in there. I extracted the framework-res.apk and only got three wallpapers.

The wallpaper is packed inside /app/YotaDevicesLauncherProvider.apk
There are other wallpapers too, and more inside other firmware versions (eu, cn...)
Sadly i can not attach anything as a 2-3 posts user...:crying:
