Copy and Paste problems - Nook Touch General

I am wanting to use Evernote for a bookmark storage. The idea is to copy Text from the page I am at and paste it into in Evernote. I then go to Evernote on another device and copy the text and paste it into the search in my ebook app to easily find my place.
I'm running into a couple of issues:
1) Would love to be able to do in native nook book app but can't figure out how to copy or paste text.
2). Using adiko works pretty well but can't seem to paste into search screen. Copy works and can paste into Evernote.
3) Having problems copying text in Evernote.
Anyone know copy and paste tricks?
I used Touchnooter to root if that matters.

I have the same problem.
I wanted to copy paste my wifi key but a long press when editing a text does not trigger the context menu. So, I couldn't paste the text ...

SMS Autocorrect

Anyone know how i can remove the words which my Universal has saved when i've texted someone? There are alot of incorrectly-spelled words which are just annoying when they come up as an autocorrect.
I was searching through the Phone from my PC, and found an autocorrect.txt file. When i copied it to my PC, it's not appearing where I copy it to, even with hidden file view enabled, but if i try to copy again it asks if i'm sure I want to overwrite....whats going on?!?!

HOW to save my sms on pc in txt format? HELP!

Hello guys, i have a lot of sms texts that i have from my girl, and i wish to save all the sms she ever sent to me on the pc. But how can i export al my sms to the pc? Because if i use pim backup i cant read it on my pc! Help please!
Hi. You can export the SMS's with the tool SMSImport. This tool lets you save the messages to a *.xml. These files you can easily open with Notepad on your PC and save them as *.txt e.g.
Cheers.
Can you tell me where are my messages are stored on my x1? because i cant find it :/
You just have to put the program to your phone and click then "export...". Then you can select a place on your phone where you want to save your exported *.xml (only one file for all messages).
Did it work? Or just get a trail version of Jeyo Mobile Companion (google that) and you even can watch all the messages both of you wrote in a chat window. That is pretty and easy at the same time. Just a little hint...
it works, but all my messages are messed up and its a little hard to see who send me what etc.. ill try this trail later! thanks
To bring some structure in the *.xml you can open the file with Excel.
id use microsoft myphone then save them online then copy and paste them to pc ... word notepad etc.

[Q] How to turn Handcent texts into a word document?

I recently had this hilarious long text and i want to share screen it over facebook to share. I don't know how to turn a string of texts into a word document that is exportable or at least copy and paste able. How should I tackle this problem?
You could install a notepad app on your phone and hop between the Handcent and the notepad copy and pasting one text at a time. Save the notepad as a .txt file and push that to your PC. Open with an office suite and edit from there.
If you'd been using Google Voice, you could have logged in and simply copied the whole exchange.
Sorry, but the slow bit by bit method is all I can think of right now.

Thanks for the input. I've thought of that too, brute forcing it, but I rather I export this big long thing as a whole rather than ctrl c ctrl v-ing every single entry...
Not sure how long it is, but normally I just forward it, and instead of sending it out, I cut all the txt and paste it into a new msg. Then back out of that msg, handcent will save as draft. Repeat the steps of forwarding and cutting the txt and continue pasting it into the draft msg. Once u got all msges, u can cut that and paste it into other apps or email it to yourself if you want it on the computer...ect.
Will that work for what you want?

Let's just say I have over 100 entries in the thread I want to put up onto facebook...
I don't know how I can cut ALL the entries at once,...
Another idea:
There are several SMS backup apps in the market that promise to back up to Gmail. Maybe you could backup the thread via one of those apps and copy the whole thread from your Gmail account.

hmm. for something that large, idk. Someone would have to create a specific app or something.
Closest i got was using SMS Backup, which turned my texts into an XML file.
Opening that in excel 2007 allowed me to filter by a certain number, and than copy and paste the msgs to a word doc.
Thats the only quick option I could find....sry

Where is the clipboard?

When I copy text in my dolphin hd browser I get a little message saying copied to clipboard. Where is this clipboard? And does it retain the text even after I have pasted it somewhere else?
Can I access the clipboard? Can't find it anywhere on my system.
Looks to be addressed in this thread:

You should be able to paste text saved to your clipboard several times, at least until the next time you copy a chunk of text, at which point it will be replaced by whatever you copied most recently. You can also download a number of apps that collect & let you see your clipboard data.
Thanks vagicle I did a search but couldn't come up with anything for some reason.
Good username
try clipper clipboard app I use it
Where do I find the clipboard?

[Q] Copy Paste went Gone

Have a Nexus 4, 4.4, rooted.
I was using copy paste function a lot and now it has stopped.
I copy from Yahoo mail app and paste into SMS. Was working great now stopped.
After it had stopped, I tried a few things.
I tried installing a few copy paste apps, none worked so I deleted them.
Sometime around the time when it stopped, I installed a second language, almost sure it was still working then.
I tried searching for issues, saw a galaxy bug for copy paste and something to do with the clipboard file in the data folder. I dont have one, but figured I would try.
Copy paste works fine within sms itself but not from app to app such as email apps to sms.
I get the copy function in the mail but when I go to paste in sms the option will not appear.
Any ideas what I can do or a workaround to get text from email apps to paste to sms?

Does it work is all apps except the email app? Try reinstalling the email app.
I tried reinstalling the apps for my mail. Nothing.
It works if I do it inside the same app such as SMS, but I no longer can go from one app to another.
Now the paste option will at least appear but it pasts nothing.

Try flashing the system.img from the factory images.
I will have to do some reading I suppose as I have no idea what that even is.
Is itsething relatively simple that you can explain.
Thank you
