[Q] Vlingo hands free in CAR - Galaxy S II General

is there any way? to choose the program that calls the hands-free car when you press the voice dialing button (which brings all hands-free) because the default is vlingo and I do not like how it works. Would be nice to assign any of the programs that are in the market for this purpose as Voice Speed Dial, ie create a mime for the event.
Greetings to all

getting back default voice dialer?

I had installed Voice Command 1.6 but then I uninstalled it, now whenever I connect my bluetooth handsfree and click the connect button the dialpad pops up and not the voice dialer (like it used to before I installed VC) Anyone know what I can do to get back the phone to pop up the voice dialer instead of the dial pad? Thanks in advance.

Click to collapse
Use MS Voice command.... probably already installed on your phone.
Go to your settings tab then all settings... under the personal tab you should see "Voice Command"
Make sure it's enabled and check what you want to use it with.... ie contacts. once thats done go to notifications and select whatever option you want... probably announce notifications through bluetooth hands free if available or the 3rd option just below that.
Once that is checked when someone calls it will announce their names.
That said, back in the personal settings tab go to the button options and select one of the buttons you can configure to be voice command. That way when you press and hold say, your call button, you'll hear a ding and you can then tell it to call so and so in your contacts or play media, or speak next appointment etc.

keyboard voice to text, broken

So i have discovered that once I use my Jawbone to voice dial the voice to text functions on the keyboards break.
If I reboot, they work again, until I voice dial.
I am on a stock rom, and when I try to use the functions, it brings up the speak window, but it does not recognize any sound input at all.
Use. Task killer to kill the voice commands app. It'll start working again.
