[Q] need help from a expert..

well i install android to my hd2 with the help of this threads:

but i finish the instalation and everything, is working well?(except wifi.....)
but now i want to flash this room..

i download the "1.6v magldr" but i dont know how to install it.. this room it can be install with magldr v1.3??? or i have to use other program.. please someone help me. step by step

Hi,
Backup your data before you start.
Get THIS TOOL
Reboot,hold power button and go to 5 USB flasher.
On the HD2 installer select MAGLDR Repartition, 200MB,connect your USB to pc/laptop and press repartition.
Go to ad recovery>wipe data,cache partition,and dalvik(advanced)
You are then ready to flash your ROM.
Go to install zip from sd card,choose your ROM(having already placed it on the root of your sd card).

i did eveything and it did install and everything.. but when i reboot it doesnt load.. is stock on a screen the saids "HTC"
what i do?

the best thing to do when you want to change the nand rom is to make a clean install ...
- task 29
- radio 2.15
- magldr 1.13
- REcovery and install the zip from the sd card

Please start from scratch...
Before starting anything,BACKUP YOUR DATA.
Download THIS TOOL
Flash radio...download HERE Enter bootloader:hold down volume button when you power on phone.When you are on tri-color screen,insert cable to usb.When screen changes from "serial"to "usb",proceed.
Open HD2 Installer:
Task 29 (Enter bootloader:as above)
HSPL 2.08 HSPL (Enter bootloader:as above)
MAGLDR (Enter bootloader:as above)
(when magldr has loaded,power on and enter by holding power button until you see magldr screen.)
(when this is done,Go to ad recovery>advanced>Partition SD Card.1024m with 0 cache)
Repartition according to ROM requirements.(via number 5 usb flasher)
Then go to ad recovery and wipe data,cache partition,and dalvik(advanced).
Then go to install zip from sd card (which you should have placed on the root of your sd card)
reboot.
Give it time.Some ROMS take 15-20 minutes to install.

[Q] ss sd kernel open fail

I have a us T-Mobile htc hd2 which was running android nand sense and I had a touch screen issue. I found the fix to revert my phone back to factory, un-installing hspl back to spl. Sent the phone off to htc which they replaced the screen under the warranty. I got my phone back and tried to put the same programs and files I used in the beginning
I have spent hours reading and trying things suggested like using a radio file Radio_Leo_2.15.50.14, I have downgraded spl from my 2.10.000 to 2.08.000
When the phone reboots I get a message ss sd kernel open fail then MAGLDR Boot Menu Screen but am unable to load files with the usb
Any help?

Did you install HSPL 2.08HSPL?
THIS TOOL is very useful for everything you need...

yes I loaded hspl 208
I tried again and got the same error from MAGLDR113 sd kernl open fail and I tried to port DEFT Android again and got this error message
Error Description: USB init failed

I dont get it ....I have problems with this (when this is done,Go to ad recovery>advanced>Partition SD Card.1024m with 0 cache) I cant get there when i go to ad recovery it says "no boot sources " ...please help ...:-/
Im sitting with this phone already 3 days ...I start to hate it ....I had windows 6.5 then I put Android on but the problem was that i couldn't get right radio ...so I didnt had 3G/H ......does anybody know if there are some special link for HTC HD 2 Leo T-Mobile 1024....???step by step how to put on android with working i-net connection?????

Hi,
Sorry,I've been really busy.
Try in the order of things...
1.use toolkit to install HSPL 2.08 HSPL
2.Task 29
3.Flash radio
4.install magldr and so on from there.
Then the rest is the same on the list.

Am I getting the error message “Error Description: USB init failed” because I don’t have a sd card in the phone? Is that where I am going wrong?

make sure that the files initrd and zimage are copied to the root of the sd card. do not copy the whole foler bec magldr will not be able to recognize it.

sounds like the incorrect partition size for the rom was used, thats the reason it hung on the logo

[Q] boot stucks while launching new android....

i have tried so many times to install android by all three methods, daf,cwr,haret.exe, and it is always successfully installs it. but on every reeboot it stucks on the boot image and does not proccesses forward. i waited for two hours but still no response, what to do?

Can I skip these steps?

I already have an android nand on my phone, the Energy Sense 3.5 but I would like to install this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=905060&highlight=nexushd
So can I skip the installation of the HSLP, Magloader, custom radio and just skip to the part where I flash the ROM? Also I would like to put my other 8GB SD card into my phone, so I should create an EXT partition of it, right?

Installation Guide for MAGLDR 1.13:
Flash MAGLDR
Download MAGLDR 1.13 (606 KB)
Enter SPL by holding VOL DOWN key while booting the phone. (Make sure you have HSPL.)
Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe to flash MAGLDR 1.13 (magldr.nbh).
Flash ClockworkMod Recovery
Download MAGLDR_CWM_Recovery_v3.2.0.0_for_NexusHD2_135M.zip (5.0 MB)
Enter MAGLDR 1.13 by holding power key while booting the phone, and then select "USB Flasher" via "VolUp" and "VolDown". Confirm key is green "Call" button.
Run DAF.exe to flash ClockworkMod Recovery 3.2.0.0 (recovery_3.2.0.0_leo.img).
Flash Android ROM
Enter ClockworkMod Recovery when you're on MAGLDR 1.13 (hold "Power" button during boot) and select "AD Recovery" or "Boot AD SD" (if ever copied CWM's initrd.gz and zImage to SD).
Flash NexusHD2-Gingerbread_V3.2a_NAND_(Android-2.3.7).zip (83.58 MB)
The ones who can read are clearly in advantage.
You dont need to install hspl or radio when you have it. But task 29 would be good, than magdlr cwm and rom

Thanks! So I should back up my ROM, install the NexusHD2 CWM, and then flash the nexushd2.zip .

Should work , but i have had a problem with bootloop by nexushd and i must'v installed windows 6.5 stock rom, than magdlr than cwm with new partition and than rom

you can also skip the task 29 / magldr steps too, most times, unless you have an actual problem.
Enter cwm and do a 'wipe data/factory reset' after you back-up, and before you flash the new one, is usually good enough. It has the added benefit of also clearing the system folders on the EXT and FAT32 on the sd, since task 29 doesn't touch those. (you should do this step even if you do task29, unless you format both sd partitions, which is silly.)
