DFP-231 is your firmware version. You have bootloader version 7
I have found here sbf.gz files but none of them are the "45.0.2310.MB526.MERetail.en.06" that my phone has. I`ve also found this list, but I don`t know which of those is mine.
Can I find it somewhere else, or is one of those from the links, mine and I don`t know it?

I have started the Bootloader and it is vertion 9.10
The bootloader version IS 7-this just means you can't go back to froyo. The sbf for your phone is at: http://sbf.droid-developers.org/umts_jordanplus/list.php and the file name is dfp231, and from them you can select one of your region.

No, they don't need match. You own a United Arab Emirates (XSI) device. One example attached with the latest firmware to explain you better:
- PDA: Build number.
- CSC: Country specific Code.
- PHONE: Baseband version.
