LOCKSCREENs EXPLAINED
4tab Lockscreen and MIUI explained :
The upper right tab / right handle (MIUI) has to be set using the new 'Lockscreen menu' in settings
You can set it to launch anything (folder shortcut or any application ) I personally set it to messaging ( SMS application).
If you dont associate the tab with something it will soft reboot the phone when you use the tab
Both lockscreens will share the same 'custom setting'
Lockscreen Music Controls explained :
Aosp - Rotary - MIUI - R2D2 - 4tab : Music controls will work with ANY music player except the stock samsung one
SGS2 - Epic - Glass - Puzzle : Music controls will only work with the stock samsung music player
Just want to point out that double tapping the lock (MIUI) will bring up music controls, cool feature and that MIUI works with Pandora !!!
SGSII lockscreen known issues :
Lockscreen Wallpaper can be set, but cannot be unset. This is because the Galaxy S 2 uses a different Gallery Application. To remove the Lockscreen Wallpaper and revert automatically to the default Wallpaper, delete this file

Hey gang! Darky, love 7.5 ROM, super fast and just so simple. I have one problem,(not a biggie) But the auto-rotate is off. When I hold the phone vertical the screen is in Landscape, and in Landscape the screen pic is in portrait view. Like I had mentioned its not a biggie. But just wanted to let you know!

you sure you downloaded the right one? sounds like you are on an actual i9000 kernel and not the ported rom (which has the appropriate kernel built in)

My personal favorite is glitterballs's OC/UV w/o the "sleep of death." Works great for me, I haven't had a problem.

On boot its not there for some reson just check hide plug usb unplug or reboot then uncheck hide wait a minute or 2 it will show

First of all, you need to calm down. And you must be leaving your phone with bluetooth and brightness on full with the screen always on to be saying that CM7 has bad battery life. I am currently on CM7 and can tell you that it gets AMAZING battery life. Almost 2 days with wifi/data always on.
Next time, YOU need to do your research before talking about trolling...

Custom Carrier text needs reboot
aosp music controls (for use with NON samsung music player ) only work on 3 lockscreens (four tab r2d2 and MIUI)
Miui does NOT control Samsung music player
Memory leak happens in R2D2 and four tab lockscreens causes FC ( to reproduce put phone in landscape and lock unlock minimum 5-6 times )
battery icon not present on first boot, to have it show up : /settings/lockscreen menu / statusbar settings / check hide battery icon and uncheck then plug usb in it will appear right away

there has always been you need to use the theme settings app ( yellow android icon in your browser ) and from there you enable or disable stuff for the extented power menu , meaning you get a very customisable extented menu

Downloaded and installed it. This looks really good so far. Lots of nice customizations. Some weird things happened when restoring my apps from Ti backup, but I think things are ok now. No other issues to report at this time.

Im gonna install this when I get home. Excited to see how this feels in comparison with your previous Symply rom. That is what I am using right now and I really like it overall. Ill respond later with my findings.

Iv used TONS of roms and always use TiBu and have never had a problem over about a years time...restoring SYSTEM apps with TiBu is generally the problem people have.

It's running quite well so far. Very responsive and the theming is nice and clean. Smooth scrolling for the most part. Haven't run into any bugs yet either. Would it be possible to remove the animation from the notification drop down? It makes it slightly laggy when I pull it down and I kind of OCD over the smoothness of that. Also, the obsession progress bar is present. Not sure if you meant to put the obsession bar but since this is Simply I would have thought it would be blue or something like that. As a side note the obsession bar looks much much better than what I saw in the beta 4. Good work

Fixed the force close when trying to move any tabs (the ones at the bottom of the app drawer) Note: To fix this i had to break the bounce over scroll effect in Gingeritis Tweaks, however i will post an flash able mod that will restore the bounce effect and break the ability to move the tabs)

can't log into the my verizon app. says service is down. when i switch to different rom like iKReaM.What.Thee.ROM it works perfect. even the verizon video app works. the only issue i have with most roms in this forum that these to apps don't work. I know they won't with the senseless roms because the verizon stuff is removed.

You can try switching to 3G only mode and try again. It usually takes me a few tries.
awesome rom! Switched to imos 5.1 and runs smootger than ziggys with the same settings. other than that good work.
If my phone sleeps it looses Data connection until I reboot.

You have to switch to cdma only, not the prl one. And wait for 1x to come up. Then log into Verizon services. It may take a few attempts but it does work.

how can we make build prop changes?
How can we change lock screen wallpaper to something in our gallery? Currently only give this one option...

Wow so nice DSA is bringing his rom to Galaxy S4 now, is there a chance of an adaptation for the S4 I9500 to be released?

Of-course U can add apps...I also add lib files + s voice to have voice control...all working like a charm...but U have to push it manually to system...But U already knew that

Just wanted to say I love this ROM.. flashed on my i337m with zero problem, i did flash my version of the faux kennel though.
Literally, the only thing i did was extract the Samsung camera and gallery ( with all the bells and whistles, 83mb worth) and push it to the system file, fix permissions...love it!!

It booted on an i337m? with no modifications to anything?

to add to this - someone just reported an fc doing this, but it works for me when selecting the image in the gallery and choosing 'set as'
so im gonna need more people to test in in whatever way they usually set the lockscreen wallpaper and i will look into it if needed

I was reading through the dev thread and I'm not sure if this rom has the original Samsung camera (I've found a zip for implement it)

OK clean wipe and install and yes I get fc when trying to set wallpaper with gallery
And got fc when trying to upload the screenshot

Hmm, that's strange...quick fix: extract a secgallery2013.apk from a stock ROM and move it to system/app
Will be fixed in next version, cheers for the report

All I had to do was choose "no kernel" in aroma, wipe cache and delvik, flash faux mga Canada/att version, wipe again and reboot. No problems. You even had my apns in the ROM.
I have found an issue, minor graphical, if I turn on WiFi and than turn it off, it looks as if I do not have data (full bars but no 4g or anything)
I've been surfing the innertubes for awhile now with no signal above.
