Ok so I'm sure there are others that would like to get vpnc widget working I have looked at links and none are clear to me. Need help

I posted it here because I was hoping developers would see this. The standard VPN that honeycomb offers doesn't work with Cisco IPSec XauthUsername/XAuthPassword. My Vibrant has the VPNC widget and works fine. I have installed the tun.ko file and tried with openvpn/ vpnc widget and no go.
we dont just stay in this area. i go even to the acc. area a few times a day and i know others do also. and when a fix is found some1 will post the fix here. this goes for every1 if u post in the correct area u get helped fast. dont pm some1 unless it states to. dont make multiple post with the same question or fix. this goes for any and every forum. im not attacking u or anyone just giving food for thought. i cant help as i dont have this tab any more

I opened a thread earlier today.. so far no joy, and we are going from ipsec to ssl..
so I imagine its just openvpn and a bunch of coinfig..
but you need to start with the tun.ko module, found in another thread

why dont you dump it on the ftp in the additional cabs dir beneath "hermes"? i guess alot of people would be interested in it
Well I went to upload it and with the upload user/pass off the wiki, it isnt workin, I dunno if the permissions are off or im just bein an idiot, but I tried just usin my finder, and and a client, if someone wants to upload it to there themselves I'll be more than glad to send.
Also I noticed there is a MSN LM folder by Subzero5, but it appears to be empty..dunno if he is already ontop of it, the folder was made at 8:45 this mornin.

right ive got it installed now and ive found it to be very very slow. takes 30-40 to load the contacts and i cant seem to use it over wifi i think im going back to the original
I have a verizon 6700. I have been trying to download everything I need all day. I have tried different peoples programs, and it doesnt seem to be working. Maybe i didnt drop things in the right folder or something. I have no idea right now. If ANYONE can help me, I'll be up all night until I get it right.. Every thing from the home screen to the icontacts, to the sms chat, to the s2p, to the pixsel browser..all of it isnt working right. I guess I need step by step instructions for my phone. Uhh......majority of the apps are simple ".cab" files, just click on them in the file explorer of your PPC. Really, it's that simple. If you need other help, post in the above mentioned thread, and be more specific, can't help fix a problem we don't understand ourselves!

You help people or if you really are a noob and know nothing, you go to the off-topic forums (and be off-topic) but you most certainly DO NOT spam in a thread for 10 posts. Bumping your thread after literally 6 minutes is not going to encourage people to help you. It in fact puts me off replying to you because you seem like a bit of a twat for doing so.
However, even if I wanted to help you I couldn't. You haven't provided much useful information at all, just that your data doesn't work on NexusHD2 and it does in the AOKP ROM. Which radio do you have? What bootloader are you using? Have you read the FAQs and read through some of the last few pages of the thread at the very least? What have you tried so far to solve it?
and yeah apn settings are same except names, and tried same names , didnt work

I can see "H" icon and my ip at settings/phone info , but no connection. tried direct ip connection in case of DNS errors , didnt work.

Today I want to share everyone here. I have come to my conclusion that captive portal is good for some people out there who's trying to get business running by creating a wifi hotspot service to customer... But unfortunately... "I don't find a good way to do it"<<< that's inside your brain huh? Pretty Hopeless.

make internet sucks with the downloads, torrents etc.. and the network admin he don't make anything. I think this guy it's not always in the university. But i want to be careful.
So i want to know if it's possible to use the app anonymously in the network like hide my phone mac address something like that, and i have already try to use the app mac spoofer but when i launch WifiKill scan the app open a window who says "get_gw_info() failed" and the WifiKill network scan don't work.
And all computers are connected to a Apple airport express.
So if someone can help me..

Closing this thread. Using such an app on a public Wi-Fi network that isn't yours to begin with is probably not the wisest thing to do, and may even be illegal.
