Ok, oops in my haste going back I linked to the wrong post (just saw the 720 and linked that one without re-reading it), but someone also did post about watching a 720p youtube video which was much better. You'll find it somewhere in that thread.

Yeah sorry about that, was trying to provide information about the update as quickly as I could.
I can confirm, 720p flash video streaming in-browser is much smoother now. Seems that the hardware acceleration is working properly.
inline html5 video works great too.
I tried hbogo.com as a test and I don't know if I would call it perfect, but it runs much better than 3.0 I think. It still drops to like 1 fps for some scenes
(there is an app for this now anyway)

When I was using a friends Droid 2(has froyo) and went to this one site I was able to long press to get a full screen option for flash videos to work...well, now I am using "Unofficial TMO 2.2 Froyo ODIN *2E Reco rom" and I go to the same site and the Flash content works it just wont give me a full screen option no matter what I do. Any suggestions?

I love the 10.1 I was waiting for it I may have streamed some movies last night....i mean piracy is bad cough cough I've never streamed anything ever not even pee anyway I'm loving the froyo it's good this time a year

Is there a Hulu app? I was trying to go to their webpage but it told me the mobile view is not enabled or something to that extend.
I think there is but I'm Not talking about hulu and I believe revealing the name of the site is against the rules here but lets just say I was getting beautiful buffering pretty much flawless really on a two hour movie the phone had to catch up twice and that only took litetally 5 seconds and I was back to watching perfect sink between video and audio I look at this phone like I look at laptops capable of so much awesomeness if given the right hardware and software

mine also doesn't work on some sites like games on FB. but when watching videos on fox it works. though it really kills my battery.

yeah it does really kill my battery faster than i thought. if only it's safe to use the phone while charging.

I played wheel of fortune on facebook the other day it worked good except zooming in makes the animation freak out and yeah it's a battery murderer

Download link for 2.2 is only available since today.
And unless you are willing to sacricife your phone for testing purposes AND know what you are doing DO NOT be tempted to play with this. The dev thread is already full of posts from people that don't even know how to use the basic tools.
What the heck, go ahead and play and make sure to give detailed issue descriptions nd possible solutions .

this actually does work...luckily my son can read chinese...the free download is the 3rd tab below all the pictures...the camera does not freeze up as it does on jokersax version and it has all those extra settings that only code name android offers!!!!

Is it the third or fourth tab to get the download?
whoops...it's the 4th tab...the only thing i have found buggy with this rom is that i can't get the startup tweaks to stick...who cares...it's otherwise a very nice version of ics...smooth and loaded with other tweakable features
hmmm...interested in this one as well but can anyone else confirm and maybe provide a mirror?

the difference for me was turl's camera didn't have any issues...with jokersax i tried my camera while playing music and the system completely choked up...other than that i haven't found anything different

Thats weird, I'm pretty sure that this tab (the 4th) was not there before
been trying to find the "Download" all through yesterday and the day before it with no luck.
Thanx for your translation, DLing now and will test it once it finishes...
As for the differences, I guess that they are the same differences that are between turl1 and JokerSax versions.

i thought there were only 3 as well...but whatever....the file is called "yeling-16"...the other things that make this rom different are the settings...also my big reason for jumping the neutrino ship was my music player would stutter when turning on the screen unless i set the cpu speeds high...i don't have that issue on this ICS...benchmarks are about the same...7960 in cf-bench ain't bad
