Can you give us any more info? For example, can you see the sony ericsson logo? Does your phone seem comletely dead, if you reinsert the battery does the phone power on? Does the led turn on?
In order to enter fastboot mode, you have to hold the back button as you connect your phone to your pc. If you do it correctly, the led on the power button will become green. If you can go as far as this, use flashtool with this FTF: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1048422The other mode triggered by the search button(as I understand it) is only to give fastboot commands to the phone whereas the one by with the back button is for flashing.

[Q] phone wont connect to seus or pc companion

my verizon xperia is not recognized by either pc companion or seus. I am trying to do a hard reset due to the fact the lockscreen doesnt work. I have read that I can press and hold the back and search keys on front while powering on to factory reset the phone, however that does not seem to be the case. Can anyone give me some suggestions if the two button factory reset does work and that maybe I am just doing it wrong. And any suggestions as to how to get my phone to connect with seus so I can reset if teh 2 button trick is indeed not an option. Thank you to all in advance.
Doesnt anyone have an idea? I follow seus instructions. Power off wait 30 seconds, then plug in the usb cord to the pc, then press and hold the back button then inserting the usb cable into the phone... and then I wait for it to connect which it doesnt.
Please more informations.
Is your phone rooted?
Is your bootloader unlocked?
are alle drivers installed on your computer?
after that i can help you
greetz -Blizzrar-
No the device is not rooted or bootloader unlocked. it is the verizon version. Thank you for your help...
if you hold the "BACK" button, the LED turns green?
Are you sure that you have all drivers installed for Zeus mode?
plz Check that out in your systeminformations / hardware / SEMC Flash device
this must be installed. Maybe google this and downlodet this driver.
wait for reply
When i press the back button the light is still blue. I will google the drivers you mentioned. The only drivers I hae installed so far are the s1fastboot. What is ZUES? Thank you again
you will repair your phone with sony pc-companion right?
This works only in SEMC / ZEUS mode. The Led is than still green.
in the moment you are in fastboot mode.
then you holding the "SEARCH" botton and plugged your device the Led is blue.
You are in the wrong mode^^
Please holding the BACK botton, not the SEARCH botton.
sorry my english is bad i hope you can understand me
I want to repair it with the Sony update software if possible. However no matter what I do the phones light is blue, and pressing the back button does not change it to green. Also as I am not able to go beyond the lockscreen I am unable to enter into the phones settings.... I tried to do a search for the drivers you mentioned but I am still not able to find anything... the only drivers I have installed are the S1Fastboot drivers..
thats bad that you can´t go in SEMC Mode.
Please look in the developers area of the xperia play. search the topic to unlock your bootloader.
Unlock it and use the fastbootmode to recover your device.
Ok, I will start looking there. Thank you for your assistance blizzrar, I really appreciate your feedback and guidance

First of all thanks for not caring. I spend days on Internet trying to find a solution. I have Blade which I bricked thanks to my noob skills with flashing and similiar ****. I can enter download mode if it matters. As soon as I back it up Im getting rid of cwm mode and bull****. I use my sister phone to transfer files on my sd card. I cant enter my recovery mode since I installed that **** of cwm. When I try the key combo-android logo stuck with red light on. My phone has 90-100% battery Im sure. Calm down dude. If you can get in Download Mode , you are lucky. I even know people who had not get to Download Mode and had began to cry , cause the phones were only 3-4 Weeks old. Back to your problem.]First download here the stock rom.[/URL]
Then you need the Android SDK and the platform-tools from Google , so download it , cause you need ADB. Click here to get Android SDK.Then you need the ZTE drivers. Click here to get the drivers. Now get into download mode and connect the device via USB to your PC. Copy the boot.img (or recovery.img if it is in the ZIP package) and flash it via Fastboot (command: fastboot recovery.img) . Now you got the stock recovery. Now push the FULL update.zip at your sdcard , and now go to recovery , and update from sdcard , choose the update.zip ... Flashing takes a while. DO NOT WIPE ANYTHING BEFORE OR AFTER CHOOSING "UPDATE.ZIP" . Now your Phone should fully works normally
Hello, I have also bricked ZTE BLADE 3(I flashed a wrong kernel....). It only turns the red light on when i turn it on and blank screen, does not respond to vol + and vol - key, no android logo, but when I connect it to the computer via usb in Device Manager a COM port opens with the name ZTE DFU(Diagnostic interface). If anyone has experience of reviving this device from this mess? Thank you for your time

Your download screen is destroyed , but you are still able to get into it.
Try to get into it and flash the kernel with fastboot , the screen will bug during fastboot procedure.
My screen is completely blank and black, just the red light showing when i turn it on and it is always on. It does not respond on power button + vol. down, power button + vol. up, power button + vol. down + vol. up. When I connect it to the computer it does not show me a usb flash drive although I have the zte drivers installed and another sd card inside, but in Device Manager I can see it as a COM port(DFU) Diagnostic Interface. I tried accessing the bootloader via adb but it doesnt even list it with command "adb devices". I also tried flashing the recovery image via "fastboot recovery recovery.img" and "fastboot recovery.img" and still no luck, it just hangs at "waiting for device"...

When the red light still comes up , you still got chances to get it fixed...
I think so too.. but how? The only method left is JTAG... I saw a thread about using a TPT image to flash low level firmware using ZTEflash.exe but that thread was for ZTE Skate I think, I could not find the tpt.img file for zte blade 3.... Is there any other method via usb cable? Or send it to the shop?
Well, here is my situation:
Got a BLADE III Pro
Tried to root it and i played with few tools found on xda and other places (android forums). No luck at all. Tried to flash a CWM and NO LUCK neither. Tried to go back to flash stock CWM (as i was afraid of bricking it), searched for stock cwm and there is my BRICKED phone. When trying to hold volume down and power botton (both for over 20 seconds even) it will show a green android and its stuck there for hours. When trying to go to fast boot mode the same happens (with volume up and power botton).
While trying these two options the PC (Windows 7 64 bit) wont recognize the phone pluged in.
The only way the PC makes a sound is when i hold both volume up and down bottons and power it or plug it in the PC (without the battery even).
I need to know how can i fix it to boot only. PLEASE. Is this a "throw on can" phone now or it can be brought to life? PLEASE TELL ME PEOPLE.
pm me or any info as soon as you guys can.
I will respond to any question you might have.
Thank you in advance.
I have sent my phone to the shop and they said that they would need a jtag box specific for this model or a new motherboard for zte blade 3.... I think this the end for my zte blade 3

Super Hard Brick for Redmi 3s, Need Help

um.... i am trying to use the MiFlash and it went into some error and now my phone has nothing (no recover, no roms) and can't get into the download mode if i hold the vol + and vol - and power button (keep rebooting)
when i connect to MiFlash program it didn't show my device too
I can't turn off my phone and stuck at "MI" logo
can someone help me out please and let me know what to do?
thanks
I finally solve the problem but i am getting the following when i try to flash the china dev rom
"not enough storage is available to process this command..."
what should i do?
I am currently flashed the SpaceX one but couldn't unlock my bootloader when I hit 50%, i have the unlock permission from xiaomi
wait, wait, wait...
First, you try to flash china dev or spacex?
And to enter download mode, press power and volume +
the only way i find to flash new rom with locked bootloader is to use miflash BETA
P.S. : If you have the mi logo at boot you can go to download mode
um......thanks it work flashing the china dev rom to my phone using the beta but......
actually it won't let me go into the download mode cuz the recovery is gone and when i press vol + and vol- and power together it won't go into the download mode too
so i dig up the internet and found that you can go into fastboot mode and type "fastboot oem edl" in the cmd and it work some how
um... i have the permission to unlock my phone but how come when i do the unlock it can't go pass 50 percent and asked me to try again? is there something wrong?
Ah i see what happen, I have to login my phone with mi account first and unlock the bootloader
Thanks the miflash beta it's very helpful

Can't get p9lite into fastboot/bootloader mode anymore

Hi everone,
I did a rollback via dload, but messed up an later update. Now I can't get into fastboot mode anymore.
Had a bootloop yesterday and couldn't power down the device, everytime it booted immediately again and stuck with the Huawei logo.
I let the battery drain over night and after that managed to get into fastboot mode once, so I took the chance and opened the bootloader again via fastboot, to be able to flash stock recovery.
But now I am stuck with the "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted. Your device is booting now..." screen, and it always boots immediately into that. No chance to get into fastboot/bootloader mode not by pressing Vol- and Power, not by holding down V- and connecting to USB.
ALL I need, is to get into fastboot once more to be able to flash boot-partition.
Any advice highly appreciated.
Thanks, Paco

OK, solved. I really had to let the battery drain again completely over night. After that, holding down Vol- and plugging in USB worked to get into fastboot.
I miss the times where you could put out the battery...

[BOOT PROBLEM] - After Unlocking the Bootloader

So I successfully unlocked the bootloader of my phone, but moments later after the usual message "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" and the Sony logo has appeared, it then bootloops. Showing the message and the logo over and over again. Is there a way to fix this?

As what I stated earlier, it's a bootloop. Here's a video of my problem. 'youtu.be (slash) vg7gDIK_zIU'
Also, when I connect the phone with the USB as Green LED will appear in order to enter bootloop, there will be a certain amount of one minute to bootloop automatically. I have to hold Volume Up and Power Button at the same time on the black screen in order to shut down.
try holding vol down and power once it reboots
You just need to reflash a firmware with flashtool, and it will be ok. Remember to download firmwares by Xperiafirm on flashtool

How can I reflash my phone when I can't get my phone into fastboot mode (blue icon won't lit). Even Sony's Emma couldn't detect the phone after I plug it to the PC while Holding Volume Up button.
Flashmode not Fastboot mode

Try presing volume (-) button which will make your phone enter into flashmode, and flash your firmware by flashtool, if you use the volume (+) button the software will not recognize your phone, and remember to install the drivers provided by Flashtool.
