I bought a battery and two micro-usb cables for around USD12 in a Chinese website (taobao.com). They are claimed to be official stock. I'm not sure if they are fake but the quality is good.
These fit perfectly, keep your U8800 safe, and cost next to nothing...

As far as i'm aware 2degrees have said they are getting cases in stores in the coming weeks, although they have been saying that for the past month. I've only checked in with the wellington store. Maybe wait a week or two?

The Nillkin case is not silicon but it fits very well, headphones and usb plug in with no problems and the edge around the screen sits up a bit so it helps to protect the screen as well. The case is still flexible and offers good protection should you drop your X5.

I use a Krusell (http://www.krusell.se/productUni.php?productID=2419&category=49) with mine and it's a nice fit. I've actually used the same holder since I had a Wizard and it's lasting well.
Where did u buy it? I'm in the US where it's seemingly impossible to get accessories for this phone from anything but Hong Kong (sheesh)...

Why not use the OEM one that came with the Kaisers? Have heard good things about them.
because I bought mine from ATT and there was no case included. I purchased their top-end leather case but when you put it in a horizontal configuration it is off-balanced and angles so that the opening points toward the floor when I have it clipped to my scrub pants in the hospital.
What's the exact model of the Krusell that will fit the kaiser? I looked on amazon and some other listed sites but there are a LOT of horizontal cases out there by Krusell.

The link I posted is for the specific model that I use.
I'm in England and bought mine from somebody on EBay that sells loads of Krusell cases (Sorry, I can't remember the username though!)
You could try this http://www.cases.com/kr95146.htm but they seem to be on back-order at the moment.
SFPlanet.com seems to have the best prices for Krusell. I think the Tilt needs the Horizon Small/Wide.
BestBuy sells the HTC oem one. I bought one and it works well.

Nice options posted so far, but I'm holding out for a spring clip holster from www.seidioonline.com. Had one of those for my Tilt and it's the best thing ever. Very quick to retrieve device off your belt and you don't have to unfold a case to look at/start using the device.
I like that brando leather case and clear plastic case but I wonder about the clips on the plastic case breaking.

I just hate to have to open a pouch to pull the phone out/open it after I take it off my belt. Like to be able to take off belt, open, text, replace on belt within 15 seconds or so.

They have these at Target for $8. I picked one up as the Fuze fits in there very nicely and I needed something to use until I find a better case. It would really be ideal if the belt clip were better. But for $8, its a steal.

As the title suggests, im about to get a new kaiser in good condition and seeing how my last kaiser faired with my lifestyle id like to get a rubberised case for the phone.
Searching & reading up has told me the Seidio case is a good idea, but shipping to the Uk doubles the price to nearly $60, a tad silly imo.
Does anyone know where i could source this case/a similar one within the UK?

I have this case. Good case but one problem. The tabs that hold the case to the phone can easily snap off so the case is not held securely on. More of a problem with the top and not the bottom but a pain none the less.

I can find it a little cheaper at other sites that resale it, but not by the time I add shipping. It is a little slow getting it, because it ships from Hong Kong. I have bought several cases from them over the years. I have got them in as little as three days once and once it took a week. Normally 4 or 5 days to the midwest of the US.

No sir. It flips all the way around to the back of the phone. I got a case just like it for my 8525. I really like the design.

It does have the film over keyboard which isn't as comfy ad plain Fuze on itself, but out of all other cases i have seen, this one is more decent then the rest...

I really wouldnt worry about the leather case - it is of dubious quality and is fairly pointless to be fair.
Its not worth paying more just for the case. Its not a particularly brilliant one. You can get good ones of ebay and the like.

Actually, the Expansys one does have the case included. All HD2 retail packages have the case. The only exception I believe is that some carriers (i.e. T-Mobile etc) are distributing ones without the case.
I got mine from Handtec and the leather case was included.

I have to disagree. Mine is of excellent quality and I never take my phone out without it.
But, in fairness, you can get them for around a tenner anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much about it not being supplied with the phone.
I got mine from Clove and it came with a leather case. I'm not sure why there's so little love for the pouch in this thread. I think it's quite nice and it does everything it needs to do quite well.
I agree, the case isn't bad at all.

i found it brilliant and this slide in n out pouch type case its the only type of case that i like for my phones... i really dont like cases that make the phone bulky and the like....
I got my phone from T-Mobile UK and didn't received the case.
I kicked up a fuss about it as the documentation clearly states that one should be provided.
So far, I've not heard a thing back from them.
WHether the case / pouch is good or not - I would want one, just for peice of mind for resale value (god forbid!)
Why do you want to use the leather case? It is very tight and it took me a lot of time and effort to squeeze the Leo in or pull it out. After two tries, the case now sits permanantly in my drawer.
The only situation I want to use the case is to place the Leo on top of it, so that the camera lens is not scratching my desktop.
After a while, the case expand and it's easier to put/remove the HD2. It's like a new pair of shoes, which have to be used a little to be a comfortable fit.
If you don't want to have to force the HD2 in or out the first days, you can use a folded over piece of paper of similar dimension/thickness than the HD2 to straighten out gradually the case.
