[Q] Please help! Working video with gingerbread ROM's?

Every gingerbread ROM I've tried for HD2 can only play about 2 minutes of video from the web ( daily motion) or apps ( you tube) then the " I'm sorry unable to play this video " message pops up. Is there a fix for this? I've downloaded the latest flash player I even used Titanium to take working players n streaming video from desire based n other ROM's and installed on gingerbread n still get the same error. I'm a flash o holic so I've tried dozens of ROM's n no gingerbread ROM has working video for me.

[Q] You Tube and Video issues on CM7 7.0.2

I am running CM 7.0.2 and everything is working except You Tube and Video playback. I have tried Flash 10.1 and 10.2 and also tried HQ verse standard playback and nothing works.
Has anyone else had this issue and found a workaround?

What version of you tube are you using? And did you try un-installing and reinstalling it directly from the Android Market, I'm running same version as you are + overclocked to 1.3, and mine has been running fine.

I dont have a problem with it. What problem exactly do you have? What does it says when you try to install it?
MX player its the best player for subtitle support, it actually can read internal ssa subs in mkv with full color coding and position. No other player ive tried does this.

+1 have it installed no problem
I have installed and used MX player in both 2.3.4 and 2.3.6 stock rom with no problem. Make sure you choose the player itself, not the codec in the market(or google play).
On the other hand, rooting a device will not likely help the installation problem. Flashing a new rom may help though.
I have no problem with installation.
