can confirm that the htc one exists. i sent in my mozart for warranty claim and it came back preloaded with 7720.68 with the usual htc apps (htc hub/notes/etc)

Hey guys, are there any differences in the roms across versions? is it worth flashing? is it safe to do? ( i have a telstra device from oz) i like the idea of running "the latest" (been flashing win mo 6x for ages) but not sure if its worth it yet on my mozart.

W/out some sort of Hard SPL for this unit, conversations about "Flashing" (even to the same device -- aussie mozart -> Euro Mozart) are a waste of time. You will get an error message half way through, and maybe brick your phone.
Someone correct me if I'm mistaken, please.

Nope. The Asia WWE ROM can display Chinese in all apps, but do not have any Chinese Input.
According to some source http://www.mobiletechworld.com/2010...indows-phone-8-in-late-2012-codenamed-apollo/ it said the input ONLY available in the second half of year 2011.

what bloatware? You can uninstall any carrier installed applications without modifying the phone you know.

The new generation ROMs will allow flashing between operators and devices.
So you can have in your device the latest radio, spl and os from other operators.

HTC_Europe operator to:
O2_DE rom version 1.14.207.01 and 3 Radio & Bootloader options
O2_DE rom version 1.61.207.01 and 3 Radio & Bootloader options
O2_UK rom version 1.19.206.01 and 3 Radio & Bootloader options
In O2_UK i saw the blue splash screen with the O2 at the center, it is fantastic.
Now working on the reverse options:
- From O2_DE to HTC_Europe and O2_UK and
- From O2_UK to O2_DE and HTC_Europe.

So if I read right your still working on a way to flash a 02 UK HD7 to a HTC Europe ROM and be able to use the latest bootloader and radio's?
If so I wish you luck and thank you for your hard work so far as I know you mentioned a couple of days ago that the SPL on the 02 UK HD7 was what was preventing you from giving us new Bootloader's and Radios. If you've now found a way round this that would be geat.

Yepp. I would like that ugly T-Mo US logo gone.
I´ve also got that pesky T-Mobile US HD7, but decided to get a goldcard instead to make it possible to change ROM myself since making your own ROM is a closely guarded secret atm.

Only the Radio (GSM) part is flashed on a Radio ROM, not all parts as for branded a ROM,

Hi,
See the branded ROMs thread where there are 2 ROMs for your phone under TMO_DE section.
The 1st one is your phone's ROM 1.25.111.05 while the 2nd is a newer one.
You can flash the 2nd one and can come back to the initial one.
After that you can see the unbranded ROMs thread.
This thread is for Radio only update that you should visit after all.

You can switch HD7 to bootloader, connect to PC, then run the exe ROM.
Wrong Vendor ID with debranded o2 HD7 with ansgar rom... So i'll have to wait.

Help! Made USB cable and gold card,
Starts flashing, gets to radio says ok, then boot loader but phone reboots, goes back to enter USB host mode then nothing? What have I missed?

Oops patience grasshopper all ok
You can only flash this rom if you have got a generic HD7 and NOT one from a Network o2/tmobile or others.
If you have a HD7 from a network then you will need to create a gold card which fools the phone into thinking its got a generic ID

It will reset some default settings as keyboard and location
Do not flash if you have chevron unlock (Not tested)

Another Radio ROM should be created

I just debrand my O2 UK to Europe by using Gold Card, and i really enjoy it...
I wonder if i can use that radio rom only, copy it to my Gold card, and flash it like flash a full rom????
