[Q] SPLASH SCREEN.. on startup! - Optimus 7 General

excuse me for my bad english.
i want to eliminate the startup splash screen TIM in my phone!!!
it's possible for you???
thanx a lot
Stefano

Is it REALLY that much of a nuisance? I assume you want to remove the manufacturer as well as the carrier splash screen? If so, you might be out of luck as of now. Only phones where I have seen it removed were HTC phones, and that is through some complicated (perhaps?) process...

Removing the operator splash screen hermes 100

Hi all, just a quick question , i've managed to add a custom bootscreen to the spv m3100 but for the life of me i cant get rid of the orange operator screen what appears straight after the custom screen that i've added to the phone. the software i've used are 1,nb_image_converter.exe 2,nbhtool.exe and 3rd RUUWrapper.exe. I dont want to get rid of the windows mobile for wm6 as it's lovley imho, just want to get rid of the damn operator logo and i thought by reading the wiki on the subject would of done that but nope, yes i have searched xda & google, tried loads of differnt keywords & spent like a week trying to figure out how to do it, I've come close with adding the custom screen, but no cigar on removing the operator bootscreen as that's the final thing i have to do so i'm rid of orange complety, have i missed a step in using the software programs or is there another program i need to use? thx hope i can get it removed, just need a bit of a push in the right direction so to speak as where to look & what to do really as i'm going round in cricles trying all sorts
**** Close the topic now **** my bad when i was using the second program to make the rom it said second screen and i thought that was the welcome96.png image it was going to over ride, just done another flash of the phone and added the same image into the first screen & second screen, and now the orange operator logo is finally gone, phew now my phone is my own, not branded and it's lovely, thx xda for all the information i've learnt browsing the forums & reading the wiki , now all i've got to do is stick it on ebay now jking, after all the hours i've spent learning and worry'ing am i going to brick the phone, nope the spl bootloader did it's trick phew, thx again i'm a bloody happy chappie

Bootscreen Color Errors

Hy guys,
Not 2 weeks ago, I got a new HTC Polaris.
Since I have more problems with this device I signed up to this forum,
it seems that here are the most "effective" people
My problem is following:
I had the eng orig Rom and flasht it to ger.
Everything gone well but when the Polaris boots, the display has not got the original colors or better "hazily, blurred, blurry..."
Its like reverse color oO
When the bootscreen is over I can press off/on for the standymode and again to turn the device on and it restores the original colors.
It seems that I'm the only person who has this kind of problem.
So everything works well but the colors are not goodlookin...
I really want to fix that - If no1 can help I will add some pics of what I mean^^
Sorry for my english,
so long

Thanks I read it properly but there is not the answer for my question.
Maybe I costumize my own boot screen, load the original one or what else...
I hate this reverse color on my bootscreen, atm.

Hope this will help ya.
Thanks
Thx so far, badguy999.
I changed my flash screen yesterday and now I see another picture - but also with the wrong colors. I think my problem is a phenomenon.
I will upload pictures of my problem later - my english is not good enough to describe it properly.
Actually, I have to send my HTC away anyway. I got the problem with the Standby-Modus. Are here Threads with this problem to learn from?
I hope they fix the problem with the flash screen, too.
So long,
Kon
I was such a fool...

Cyprus HD touch HD with Spanish Rom. I would like to flash To English.

Hi, well. here goes.
I bought a blackstone from someone in Cyprus. It had been dammaged. Both the screen digitizer and the LCD display looked like cracked Ice.
Bought replacements. Stripped phone, replaced broken bits.then re fitted it all. Phone now boots and asks for a password to unlock to use.
Now we all know this may mean something. But let's not go there! I am sure it is a genuine sale..
Anyway, As this is locked and has a Spanish rom installed & I cannot access because of the lack of software to sync the phone. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to help with the ongoing upgrade flashing etc?
The phone shows on bootloader the following SPL-1.14.0000
Micro Blackstone LED V6
On the black boot up screen after the logo. It shows R104.25.14
What all this means is beyond me.
All I would like is to see the desktop and use the phone.
Can anyone help by pointing me to the things I need and software to sync & flash the phone.
Any help would be greatfully appreciated..
Thanks.
i have the same problem here

[Q] Removing vodafone start up screen on wildfire

I was told to post in here as you's guys would have all the answers. Really need to remove the vodafone startup screen from my girls xmas present as we are on o2. Cant really give her a new phone with the vodafone boot screen with us being on o2. So my question is, do i need to root the phone in order to do this? I use Ubuntu also, so if there is any relevant programs for it could they be linked to. this all has to be done by xmas eve aswell, short time frame i know but hopefully i can get it done.
Thanks in advance
Donal
You'll need to completely de-brand the phone to do this ... this usually requires using the gold-card method.
