Just watching tv and I'm not sure if the new AT& T commercial the one about silent treatment has the galaxy note or just a gs2. Just Google att silent treatment commercial and confirm it. I hope it is the note so it might be out sooner than I thought.

I think it was a gs2. There has been no official pics, other than renders of the note with att. Brighthand has some pics of the note on display, from the CES show.

I am unable to post a link since I am too new to the board, but the AT&T Wireless website has a posting of new 4g LTE phones coming out and the first one on the list...WITH PIC...is the Samsung Note.
The page is labeled as "Coming 2012"
It is also the only one of those shown devices to have a date on the phone, 2/14, which many have speculated at that being the release data

I saw the CES coverage on it and I like how it has more capacitive buttons than the international version also its glow is white instead of reddish.
Anyone waiting for a Verizon version, a leaked Verizon road map has showed up and its saying a release towards the end of February.
Take it for what its worth as it might be a bad leak.
More reason to get the unlocked version now.

I noticed that also. I got a notification today that my SIII has shipped and included a FEDEX tracking number. Looks like it will be delivered tomorrow (Friday). I pre-ordered the first day Verizon made it available.
Well this is the International (non U.S carrier-specific) section. The AT&T, Verizon, etc. section is over here.
There was a full thread on the pre-order and discussion on the data rates, but that thread us completely gone. It was as if I blocked the thread on my end.
I got confirmation it was ordered and already on the truck to my house. I can't wait to get a hold of it.

Dang. I just sold my iPhone to pay for the unlocked One. This really blows. Anyone have any idea when they usually stock back up? I'd imagine they might have more for order at the date of launch

I know Sprint says it will be available in store on the 13th. And guess they are not taking pre-orders? Wonder if it will also be up for sale on HTC.com? Hopefully my M8 will last another week..screen is cracked pretty bad and battery drains in half a day while it sets at my desk at work lol.

Looks like you can only pre-order the Glacial Silver one. I am really hoping they start carrying the Carbon Grey. I really missed the "black" M7 when I jumped to the M8.

I'm going to try and pick one up today maybe..still may wait to find out if the carbon will be available.. However, called a few Sprint stores in KC last night and they said they didn't even have any in-stock and unsure when they will lol.

Was pretty disappointed in this as well. Ordered the silver from htc.com when it first became available this morning.
I suspect they limited colors due to concerns about demand. I imagine that they will eventually make the other colors available if you can wait. I wanted either silver with the white front or gold.
I have been waiting years for this phone from HTC and I am so incredibly disappointed with how they and Sprint have handled this release that I'm probably just going to write both of them off permanently. Pretty obvious even to us non-marketing folks that if you want to move product you need to have product available...and you can't force everyone into one model, or one color, and expect to do well. Sorry HTC and Sprint but my patience has run out and I honestly don't think I care anymore, there are plenty of other great options available.
